Absolutely Horrible customer service. I cancelled an order years ago and they still charged my account! They told me there was nothing they can do and I had to dispute it with my credit card company! Years past, I thought let's try again, they sent me a discount code. I placed my MULTI-HUNDRED dollar order and they cancelled it saying I cannot use that discount! I got disconnected/hung up on twice with customer service only to talk to a supervisor unwilling to even try and improve my experience with them. I was disrespected and ignored. Unfortunate, cause I love the clothes and I teach yoga. But I will be going somewhere else from now on.

My order number was Order #: *******, I shouldn't be sharing this but this for people who think this is fake. It isn't honey, Fabletics is a blessing that dropped in my arms. I got 2 leggings for $24 CAD and I was normally excited for the product. But today I received it, and it had gifts with it. I got $90 gift card from hello fresh, which I love love love, but was expensive so I couldn't afford it the second time. And also a L'Oréal cream sample. The gifts were so unexpected and mind blowing. Apart from the gifts. The leggings make my butt look plump and juicy, it has such an expensive material like lululemon.(I mean who's gonna spend $100 on a leggings from lululemon when you can get 2 leggings at $24 from Fabletics which has same material. OMG THANKS FABLETICS.

Vip membership

It is a scam. I subscribed to the VIP membership, and they were charging me every month 49,95 euros (well, should be more attentive to the regulations written in tiny letters but such a type of obligation did not even come to my mind). I luckily realized that after 2 months so just wanted to spent those points on some clothes, as the leggings I bought were actually quite OK. Apparently though I can't use all my points at the same time. So having almost 100 euros in points I can only spend 49,95 per order and then pay again the sum exceeding the value of 49.95. If I want to pay less and just buy e.g. for 39 euros, point system doesn't seem to be working at all and I have to pay everything in cash. Ridiculous.
The prices on their website is another thing, as only when you go to the payment you can see the real amount. Never again.

I purchased a few shorts from here a few months a later I seen they charged my card $49 every month for the last couple months so I called to see what was going on there customer service was the worst customer service I ever dealt with and very unprofessional I would not recommend buying from here, buyer be aware! Make sure when you check out read every single word they will sneakily sign you up with there subscription.

RIP OFF! BUYER BEWARE

Buyer beware! It's a RIP OFF! Orders take forever to be delivered... over 2 weeks! They messed up my order, argued with me to the point of asking for a manager. Then she proceeds to tell me to mail it back. So now I'm having to be inconvenienced with going to the post office then waiting another 2 weeks for my shipment. Seriously? Absolutely ridiculous! She wouldn't send them express nor give any kind of discount for my troubles. I found out that these products are made in CHINA not California! For the price your paying for these simple articles of clothing, go to TJ Max or Amazon for that matter and save yourself time, money and the headache.

Nightmare! Big scam

Constantly scamming! I signed up to the VIP, but cancelled immediately when I understood the fine print. The ignored my cancelation request TWICE. Now I have 98£ credit on my account, when I went to use them, they didn't even work and I was charged another £100! There's no way to cancel an order and I'm just going in circles being robbed from this company. The leggings I do have got a hole in the first wear. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Annoyed

We spend $50 a mo th on a membership and so far all we have access to is the colors black and blue in everything. This is not worth the $200 we have spent so far. You can buy Nike or Adidas for cheaper. If I don't log on using my membership with my "rewards" I have access to every color. They are crooks, don't waist your money.

Shocked

I am beyond shocked regarding the customer service care. The reps who answer the calls are polite and are doing the best they can. This has turned into a 40 day nightmare.

The shock is that Kate Hudson would support shipping her customer service to foreign countries where they are not able to get in touch or be on the ground floor of what is happening to us as customers over here in the US specifically California, where Kate Hudson and her family live.
To recap, the purchase delivery was weeks late, and because it was so late when I tried to cancel the order I was told "just return it and you will be completely refunded". I was told this numerous times, as I contacted them numerous times regarding my order. When I received the order, two weeks late and past the gift giving etiquette, I returned it immediately. Two weeks later, and after given a partial refund, I can't get an answer about why. Then a week later, I called back and they told me only part of the order was counted and they would expedite the full refund request and someone would contact me within 48 hours. No call, no refund and I have no choice but to let you know, don't use their services. If you notice, 9 out of 10 reviews are negative and I must support them. Waiting for my refund still, contact me please.

SCAM & garbage

This first seemed like such a great product and great deal. Well let me start out by saying that my items took about 3 weeks to get to me with the "expedited shipping". When I got them they were just ok and after wearing them and washing them JUST ONE TIME the elastic became all stretched out. BUTTHAT WASN'T EVEN THE WORST PART! Without me even knowing they start to charge my credit card $49.95 per month for some sort of membership club... and when I called to question it they tried to downplay it like it was a free credit I was receiving. However I advised them there were two charges on my credit card for each month from $49.95 each. All I tried t do was buy two pair of shorts and they start charging me $49.95 per month... WHAT A SCAM! After a short hassle I demanded my money Don't fall for this... they try to make it seem like it's a free credit and they didn't charge your account!

Before signing up to fabletics I had heard mixed reviews. I was really pleased with my first order and the quality was great. I forgot to cancel my subscription one month, they do make this clear. However I have been trying to spend my £49 since February. First order was cancelled after 5 days as they ran out of stock, second order placed at the start of March 7 I paid for delivery within 3-5 days. I contacted customer service and was advised there was an error with there system to reorder. I did and 4 days later the items still haven't been shipped. Fabletics I really hope you respond to this I just want my items!
The quality of your clothes in my experience are great, however this is the worst service I have ever received from a company. I don't understand how you are still able to operate as a company.

Think carefully

'm being generous giving 2 stars considering how bloody rude the customer services were.

Firstly the leggings I initially ordered were good quality and nice. Don't go see through etc so there's that and it's the only reason they've got 2 stars... Everything else has been pretty poor.

Now I was stupid enough not to realise I'd signed up for a subscription. So imagine my surprise when £49 was taken out of my account. GUYS READ WHAT YOU ARE REALLY SIGNING UP FOR AS ITS NOT CLEAR

I went into the online chat and was advised that I can't get a refund, and that the money has to be spent with them as it's now a "credit" I'm sure somewhere there's something that says it's not moral to do that as a company but hey ho.

After half hour of problems to do with my account being changed from VIP to guest without me realising and disappearing credits I'm now going to be the owner of more leggings I didn't really want or need.

The worst part about this was how rude the people I had contact with on the live chat were.
The 1st person was just blunt, not very helpful and kept repeating the same stuff with no explanation why.
The 2nd person I spoke to told me they were from savage X fenty not fabletics even tho I'd opened the chat and waited on the fabletics website. Instead of transferring me to someone else or explaining they just logged out without so much as a bye so I had to start the process again.
The 3rd person decided it was okay to talk to me like I was stupid and get all shouty and capital letters at me mid sentence.

Just not on really. Teach your staff better customer services skills and how to speak to people.

Good for the price if you get 2 for $24. Better prices then target or walmart but about the same quality if not worse. I have the high rise mila power hold and it is not opaque. Its seethrough. The waste band has no elasticity and falls down. I have a huge gap in my back. It has a very awkward fit. I researched and people claimed they were not see through and did not fall and that was a lie. Again the price isnt bad but the quality isnt there. People are getting paid to leave reviews and just promote it so I'm very disappointing when I find out theyre just ordinary.

I tried to cancel my membership three times but was still charged and Fabletics is refusing to reimburse me. The first time I tried to cancel, the rep asked me to wait until I receive my pants and I won't be charged for the next month if I cancel. Then, the 2nd time I tried to cancel, I was told I would be reimbursed if I did not cancel. When I asked to just cancel I was hung up on. The third time I finally cancelled but I am now stuck with a charge on my credit card that will not be reimbursed. The tights I received were not worth this hassle.

I have been a VIP member for 2yrs. First time I got stuff from fabletics I didn't realize they ran so small so the sets I got were uncomfortablely tight. There customer service was such a headache I finally decided to just keep the stuff and have a lesson learned. When I tried to cancel I kept getting the go around about how I needed to just skip every month and not cancel completely. Finally gave up and whatever I would do that for now. Time past and I just kept skipping. However I had personal stuff and forgot this month. I got notified of the charge and contacted them immediately however they wouldn't do anything about it, my fault for not skipping before the timeliness. So I ask them just to cancel. However they cancelled immediately so I asked if I would get reimbursed? No. So I will still have access till the end if the month? No. So your charging me for a service you aren't providing? That's how our system works... UNBELIEVABLE! And may I day illegal to charge for a service you don't provide. Whatever lesson learned. Just don't waste your time or money. There are way better brands thay actually care about their clients. Go elsewhere.

First order was ok, altough I wasn't aware of the membership fee scheme at that time. Indeed a very tricky one. Anyway, everything took a turn for the worse with my second order. It was canceled for no reason, their client support was a disaster. They told me I should make another account. I did it but nothing seems to work on their platform. I lost so much time and energy trying to finalize that order. Probably not going to happen. Definitely Fabletics is not worth it. I am outraged with their behaviour and company culture. I wonder how do all those celebrities agree to link their name to this company. Somebody should take a look here.

I bought a pair of leggings as a guest a few months back, never knowing that this company signed Md up for VIP membership without my consent. No information since then, they were just taking money out of my account every month. I have lost my job (covid-19) and really cannot afford this. I called customer service, really horrible service, refused to listen. And refused to give me a refund for the money they stole. This is apparently 'not possible'. How is this legal? It's disgusting behaviour.
