I never received my first order. Had to request a refund long after receiving my second order... Which was a very uncomfortable pair of leggings. Stiff and too tight for the size I choose which is the size I wear! Very over priced for the lack of quality.

I have been disappointed for a while with the style options on Fabletics. I loved the solar style leggings with the mid-rise waist. They now offer mostly high rise leggings which do not appeal to me. And they don't carry bright colors in what mid-rise leggings they do have. The only reason I placed this order is because the young lady I talked to about canceling my subscription said I should use up my points. Options were very limited for my preferences... That said, I am not their target audience.

I feel forced to continue. Because you can't cancel without losing active credits, I have been stuck in the membership for over a year since many outfits that I like are sold out quickly each month.

The website is not user friendly, and unless you are super tiny or super large, you will find VERY little in your size--small and medium seem to consistently sell out really quickly

6 months ago, this company was decent with decent products. I'll always think they are over priced and put higher retail to make you think you're getting a good deal. But just a few months ago, they completely changed their membership program and its quite shady now. They're items are always on sale. So 6 months ago, your $50 credit can get you a bra and leggings. Now, your $50 credit gets you ONE item, whether it's $20 on sale or $40 leggings and there is no money left in your credits. Idc if the retail is $80. The # i see that I'll be paying is what matters. I then had an issue with skipping months. Middle of the month I tried skipping and wasn't given the option. Then I had placed an order, received everything and noticed inconsistencies with the sizing. And when I pre-ordered the Justin sweatpants, they were on sale for around $25. They charged me over $50 for them with no warning. Came time for the return - it took literal weeks for them to get the return then more WEEKS just to issue the refund. Needless to say I canceled my membership and will never buy from here again. I can say CS was kind and helpful. Thankfully I didn't have any issues. Somehow fabletics put a return in as a replacement () so they were able to cancel it. You have to really keep an eye on everything when it comes to this company and you shouldn't have to do that.

I purchased some items for my daughter on her 3rd month. She placed an order her first month. She skipped the 2nd. I was charged an additional $50 because although she made a purchase on her 3rd month because according to the customer service consultant she didn't SKIP the month - SAY WHAT? That makes absolutely no sense. Needless to say she will be cancelling but I highly DON'T recommend getting involved in that scam!

I enjoy the sets I get each month but shipping is annoying. I pay an extra $5 for shipping which isn't much but I NEVER get my stuff on time. It is almost always, without a doubt never actually "shipped" until the day it is supposed to be arriving to my house. Up until the day of it says the date and I go to check and it's bumped back another 2 business days. It only gets bumped back once if I'm lucky but 2 push backs isn't unheard of by any means. Just very frustrating.

I was excited to buy my two shorts from a deal I saw via a Facebook ad on Fabletics.com for $24. Unfortunately, without my explicit consent - my credit card was charged $49.95 for a recurring monthly membership and I cannot find a way to cancel it and return my money.
Can Fabletics PLEASE stop such unethical practices and forget all my details and return my $49.95 - I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS BRAND!

I joined this company last December. They have been taking out a monthly payment of $49.95. I have tried to find/use the credit a couple of times but it wasn't on my account. When I called about it this last week, I was told my account had a different email address. However, it showed my correct email address in my profile on their website. Things seemed fishy to me so I requested a refund of all the money charged, which they gave me but when I tried to cancel the membership they told me the payment will come out tomorrow and if I cancel they won't give me a refund. My only other option was to skip a payment and then I have to call back during the first 5 days of May to cancel my membership. In their terms of service, it tells me I can cancel my membership at any time. I will not be recommending this company to my friends.

I didn't receive my order of leggings which I paid for in December 20
I am still trying to either get money returned or leggings
I had to go to Martin Lewis resolver as Fabletics just ignored my emails and promised legging when called which of course have never replied.
They promise then leggings don't arrive so recombinant through resolver and they say can you tell me problem as my account wiped clean
What a bunch of either complete idiots with unmanageable customer service model and staff OR
A clever scamming company who just want as much cash as possible without having to supply goods or give any kind of customer service or satisfaction!

I placed an order on March 30,2021 and quickly received a shipping notice that my items would be delivered on April 3,2021. When I cancelled the membership, suddenly the shipping date disappeared! Imagine that! Punishment for cancelling a useless membership. If I order at the end of the month, of course I don't want a new outfit until I have received my first order and have a chance to see if I like it. Thank goodness I work for the Department of Justice and have handed this over for review/investigation.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings on March 23, and I understand with covid that it might take longer to arrive. With that said, I had an estimated date of arrival for April 3rd, then I checked the status on that day as I had not received it and it had changed to April 5th (today) and I just checked again and it now has NO estimated delivery date and says that details will be provided when they are available. I used standard shipping and it says 6-14 business days. It has been about 9-10 days since ordered. I am just irritated and confused on why it would keep changing the ETA then end up not showing one. It is shipping through USPS and they're saying that they have not received the package yet (which would make sense as to why I haven't gotten my package and why the date keeps changing).
I will update my review when I finally receive the package.

I write this review as a could've been customer... saw the 2 for 24 deal and thought that would be great, I've been wanting to try them anyway... I get signed up, pick out my leggings, go to checkout and put all of my info in. Only for it to tell me the order can't be processed, check my info. Tried to order again, still the same message but this time I was charged 48 dollars but my order still didn't go through. I called customer service only for him to tell me my order won't go through because I was using a cashapp card and not a debit or credit card? I use this card everywhere else but can't use it here? I asked him if it says that in the fine print somewhere and he just apologized for the confusion. He was rude and I will not be using this service, and by the looks of these reviews it was a gift from God to be declined. For anyone reading this, Old Navy has a wonderful active selection if you didn't already know. Congrats Kate Hudson, your company is $#*!.

MY ORDER SHIPPED OUT 19 MAR 21.
IT ARRIVED IN MY CITY (INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA) 20 MAR 21.
IT HAS BEEN SITTING IN SAINT PAUL MINNESOTA SINCE 24 MAR 21.
I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH ONE CUSTOMER REP, SHE WAS RUDE, CUT ME OFF, TOLD ME I DIDN'T KNOW HOW THE POSTAL SERVICE WORKS... UH, BEEN A PROUD POSTAL WORKER FOR OVER 20 YEARS... AND THAT I NEEDED TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK.
I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, SHE CLAIMED SHE WAS TRANSFERRING ME AND THEN MY CALL WAS DISCONNECTED.
CALLED BACK AGAIN, I TOLD THE NEXT AGENT I'VE ALREADY TALKED TO SOMEONE, THEY HUNG UP ON ME PLEASE DIRECTLY TRANSFER TO A SUPERVISOR. INSTEAD HE WANTED TO TELL ME WHAT I ALREADY KNEW AND GO THROUGH WHAT I'D ALREADY BEEN THROUGH... I HAD TO BEG AND DEMAND REPEATEDLY TO PLEASE JUST TRANSFER ME... NO, HE WANTED TO KEEP TALKING.
WHEN HE FINALLY TRANSFERS ME TO WHO CLAIMED TO BE A SUPERVISOR, SHE TELLS ME I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF APRIL UNTIL FABLETICS WOULD EVEN LOOK INTO MY MISSING PACKAGE!
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I DEMAND A FULL REFUND OR A NO CHARGE REPLACEMENT!

I hardly write a review or even have a customer service issue, but Fabletics was amazingly unhelpful. I placed an online order (*******) on 2/26 for gym shorts. I called that it said delivered on 3/5 but was NOT delivered or received by me. They advised me to wait and see if it showed up, it did not. I contacted again on 3/10 and was told a replacement shipment was going out and I would be getting a tracking number. I waited, and heard nothing. I contacted again on Thursday 3/18 and was told to wait another 48 hours. I waited 48 hours and contacted again on 3/22 and was told the systems were down and could not be helped. At one point, in the middle of this dispute a rep tried to push me to sign up for the monthly subscription deals - which I thought was completely laughable and tone deaf seeing as how I couldn't get my package or help from any employees! I contacted seller again on 3/22 and was again told by a representative that a shipment would be coming to me and a tracking number would be sent to me. By 3/24 and I had not received shipment confirmation so I contacted seller again and the rep Rhona doesn't have information on this order and I have to start all over. This has been almost a month now with a dozen attempts to get my order. I told the rep that morning that if a shipment has not been sent after this long and multiple reassurances from the company that I just need a refund. I have not heard back from Fabletics since, never received my order, and have not gotten a refund. I wish I had done some research on this company and seen all of the other negative interactions others have experienced as well.

They get you to join VIP for good deals but as soon as you try and cancel after your purchase they say your order will be canceled as well. They prey on people forgetting about their monthly charges. Don't spend your money here

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
