The product is great… but I've been waiting for my order for almost 2 months. Grr.
Every time there is a sale event, they are out of stock and everything that is in my size, this holds true for current inventory levels as of late as well. They have put more focus into the ladies apparel then the mens, but that's just my opinion.

The site is very fluid when your in their predetermined category for you. It gets confusing when you want to shop for someone of the opposite sex. The site should also pair complimentary items with viewed item. For instance, looking at a pair of women's leggings should link to the matching top(s).

Ultimately the deciding factor in my cancellation of the service was the lack of stock. They never had ANYthing in my size other than neutral solids, and those are so boring they're just not worth the subscription. It's more worth it if they can keep things in stock for more than a minute

I was wiaitibg for my package and it wasn't being delivered I called them and they told me that my apt building was missing. I asked them why as no one notified me or called me and they didn't have a answer. After that I told them I still wanted to my package but instead they delivered it back to the company which means I never got my leggings.

Price to quality is spot on for the initial trial and order, however availability of sizes and variety in size L Is terrible. I'm resigned to black or navy and never have the opportunity to purchase "designer" styles. $50/month it's steep for a pair of athletic shorts.

The selection of styles and colors is horrible. If you like to have clothes in only black or blue, in a size small then Fabletics my be for you. It appears that they only make VERY FEW pairs in their "signature colors"

I was not happy. Everything is out of stock and when you find something you like, you cant use the monthly fee fabletics took from you towards it.

I ordered a fanny pack that I never received in my order. Normally if I order something and it's out of stock, I'm notified - not this time. I called customer service - waste of time and I still never got the fanny pack so I just gave up.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings costing £22 originally £40-60. My friend ordered 4 and my mother 2 pairs. Great deal "as I thought". But if you don't click on "skip a month" your charged £49 for every month. My mother was charged £150 in 3 months. If she hadn't of checked the payments would of continued. We contacted fabletics and because my mum couldn't remember her email address she registered with they couldn't refund the money. I gave them her home address but they had NO records of this address! Ridiculous! My mum had to cancel her credit card to stop these payments. We are now contacting trading standards.

I called to cancel my subscription because for 3 months they did not have any of the items I wanted in the size I needed. This relegated me to saving my credits for when they would be available, but they never were. My request for a refund was denied (shocking I know...) but if you are running a subscription service and are unable to provide items in various sizes, you are NOT providing the same service to everyone. Case in point, I am only able to select shorts in black or blue in size L. The pair comes in 5 different colors, and in two inseam lengths, but the colors other than black or blue are not offered other than in XS or S. Additionally, I had to call 4 times to speak with someone that I could understand and didn't hang up on me during a requested transfer. To provide validity to my assertion, every time I called, it sounded like a call center so they were not working from home with connectivity issues. Eventually, I spoke with a calm respectful woman who tried adding items to my cart remotely so I could see them, but when I went to check out (3 times) it said they were unavailable. I could see the items in the cart on my end, but could not complete the transaction. Apparently on her end, the only two colors available were an "off-white" and "sky blue" as they were described to me, whereas on my end only the black and navy blue versions were available. Eventually the frustration wore us both down and my membership was cancelled. I was told I should receive a refund in 7-10 business days and an email confirmation in the next 48 hours. It seems like each time this type of service for clothing has been tried, it never works for the customer or the company (such as UA trying it a few years back). It seems like a predatory practice where the company relies on the customer to never attempt to get a refund for the company failing to provide advertised services. I recommend staying away and just going through more reputable companies that won't gouge you for ridiculous memberships where a credit is good for one item up to 80 bucks, but won't let you get two items for 20-30 bucks each. As far as the product goes, I personally think their sizes run a size small, so order up a size if you are close or in-between sizes.

Auto charging each month is a bunch of bull, and I will cash in my "member" credits, then close my account. I will never order from you again and will comment negatively of your "member" credits on every single social media post I can find.
Then when I entered this review, it changed my rating from one star to five.

Constant misinformation from Rea #*******, Mia #******* and Kaye-all supervisors. If they are supervisors, I hate to see the level of service from lower ranking CSRs!

Company charges import taxes and has terrible customer service. BEWARE will charge you 49.95 a month and won't answer calls to cancel. The call had roosters going off in back noise. CSR told me to file a dispute with my card company. Kate Hudson should be ashamed of her terrible business practices. I would not recommend unless you READ ALL THE FINE PRINT and understand by making a purchase they sign you up for a MEMBERSHIP in which you need to call monthly between the first and the fifth. Then when they don't answer calls you have to try to log onto your account to SKIP MONTH. Wish I would have SKIPPED PURCHASE. It has been far to much of a hassle

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
