I have gone in multiple times (from out of town) and every time I go the bras I want to purchase are not available in my size. Last time I bought a size smaller because I was desperate and I the employee said it would work because I can extend straps however it's so tight I am uncomfortable and now it's a waste because tags are off and I can't exchange it.

I was scrolling to find a good deal after ordering my first set. I have added things in my cart, but decided not to go through after weighing that my monthly budget was off. Later after a couple of weeks I received a thank you email of my order and it was shipped. I couldn't believe myself! What on Earth! They could push through orders without my consent! Now I will have to wait for them to be returned! What a hassle!

I am a shorter person so the 6" length worked for me, however if I was taller they might be too short.

I absolutely love the quality of clothes. BUT every time I look for my monthly collection there is nothing in stock. I love the variety of stuff they have on the site. They just never have anything I want available to purchase.

I went from loving this company to hating this company. It's plagued by website and site issues, and their customer service is atrocious! I had an issue with a promotion loading correctly. A rep tried to manually adjust it for me, according to the promotion, and the order wouldn't process. It kept giving me an error. The representative on the phone tried to process it for me, and also received an error. That was the extent of my "helpful" service. I have been told repeatedly since that my account was forwarded to management to process the failed order, only to never hear from anyone. Three follow up emails later and still no call, no resolution. Not to mention that the stitching has started unraveling on a couple of my new pairs of leggings. I mentioned it to the rep who told me that I could return using their app. No replacement due to defect, just return if I'm unhappy with them.

I frequently shop with fabletics and i love being a part of the vip because i get access to so many good sales and new releases, it's definitely worth the membership price. I recently got the mother and daughter set for Mother's Day and it's still the cutest thing ever, I definitely recommend this business

I ordered $150 worth of items online via a promotion. The package carrier indicated that the package was delivered at my front door. This is impossible because I live in an apartment building and all packages are delivered to the front desk. You can't access the building if you are not a resident. Customer service told me that they could only give me a store credit, I insisted on getting a full refund because they no longer had the items that I wanted. They made believe that I would get a refund in the next 48h... I had to call back 4 times and follow up 4 times for them to tell me the same thing over and over. This lasted 2 weeks. The supervisor, said that in order for me to get a refund I needed to contact the carrier Starship (the worse), and get a proof of non receipt. Which makes no sense because they already indicated it was delivered according to them. Ultimately, Fabletics gave me the runaround for my refund, which I still do not have, they refuse to be responsible or even help follow up with the shipping company that THEY CHOSE to work with and made me responsible for the carriers incompetence.
Online purchasing with Fabletics has been the absolute worse customer service experience I have ever had, this coming from someone who worked in retail management for over 15 years.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

Availability sizes and colors very bad sometimes the styles are whack they catered too much to size 026 the fits are bad and the fabrics they're pretty bad too so sometimes you find one or two pieces that are good

I ordered a cap for $7.50 during a sale. It was back ordered and I was willing to wait for it. However, when the order processed, they didn't honor the price I'd purchased it for and instead tried to charge me $15.00 for the hat. This is unfair to switche prices. Honor what was in my cart! It's the fact that Fabletics often doesn't have my size in stock (especially whenever there is a sale) and that they play these pricing games that I'm getting ready to quit my membership.

I had to call because the site doesn't load and goes into constant circle of death. Then when I finaly loaded what I wanted to buy in my cart it did it again and would not complete the sale. Help from the 1-888 # was fine though but I really wanted to order and complete my order online.

I apparently didn't read the fine print somewhere that they automatically sign you up for a membership every month. I called to cancel and was given the run around and had to repeatedly ask for a refund on the membership fee. After 3-4 or more times asking was eventually told I would be refunded because they wanted me to use the fee as a credit. I did not want to use it as a credit because I was not happy with the clothes. Not a very good experience considering I work in customer service myself.

I had placed an order on 6/5/21 and after three weeks it still hadn't shipped. I called customer service on 6/23 to inquire about the status as I had ordered and received another order in between. I was told all items were in stock and it should be shipping withing 24 hours. On June 28th, I called again and was then told one if the items I purchased was out of stock so none of the order was shipped. The items sell out incredibly fast and there is no course of action when something like this happens. I returned the entire order and it is making me think twice about continuing to order fabletics.

I never received my last purchase and when I contacted customer service I received no response. I've ordered through them before and haven't had issues and enjoy the products so I was sad to not get the items I ordered.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
