I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and I have yet to receive the package or even get notified that it has shipped out yet. I have chatted with costumer service on week 2, week 3 and now on week 5 and they all tell me different things such as, an item being out of stock and they are waiting for it to come back in stock to ship my package. Each time I talk to someone they tell me my package should ship out the following week, but it hasn't. This is very frustrating and something like this should not take 5 plus weeks to ship. I am very dissatisfied with this company.
They barely have any clothes to pick from as a vip member. Don't sign up for vip membership, it's a scam!

I used to LOVE Fabletics, but recently the shipping has become a joke. 2 out of the last 3 months I've either not received my order or wait 30 days for it. Customer service is horrible and the one time they seemed nice and offered to send me a discount for my extremely late order it never happened. I was so happy to get a coupon to use for a purchase and then it never materialized.
You used to receive orders within 10 days, now I'm lucky to see it in 20. Wouldn't be so bad if the local brick and mortar actually had stuff, but they are so small and carry almost nothing.
Might have to start buying less and just go for Luluemon or Athleta. At least I'll get my orders.

I ordered from here for a trip, paid for expedited shipping, and they use a TERRIBLE shipping company called Lasership. I live in a house with no gates, codes, etc. and work from home. They said they attempted delivery once and then SENT back to fabletics. Fabletics then said they couldn't send a new order expedited. Although everything was in stock, and the other was coming back to them. I was going to have to wait for it to get there and then shipped back to me not expedited because that's just how they do it? Completely useless to the trip I bought them for.
Cancelled VIP that I signed up for, thank god.
Oh, and this was the response I got from the customer service, yikes.
DONT recommend them at all.

To be honest, once the order was shipped and delivered, it is no longer our responsibility in cases there will be issues with the delivery.

Shameful business practice to keep card details for a monthly 'membership'. My 70 year old mum bought a pair of leggings as a Christmas present and didn't read the tiny small print about taking a monthly subscription fee. She has been paying £44 since 2019 and has accrued £836 of credit and the will not refund. Disgusting way to operate.

I personally do not think fabletics is worth all the hype. I spent almost $100 for one set and still got charged the full $49.95 membership on top of my purchase. If you are willing to pay that just to get a 20% discount be my guest, just count me out! I can find workout clothes at other stores with just as good quality for much less!

The only email I received is the subject line I have mentioned above. No information on shipping or anything. I tried reaching out to customer service but no response. Number itself is invalid and not in use. I have paid for the order and now stuck. Can someone from Fabletics team contact me? This is not at all good experience.

Getting a refund or exchange is a complete nightmare. You have to constantly chase refunds and credits which you are due. They dont keep return numbers and you have to spoon-feed them information they should have on their system. The chat doesnt show the barcode you are meant to send(Asterix's this out)! The support staff do as little as possible. The phone lines have you on hold and then cut off when you're next in the queue. They do everything they can not to refund you. Im questioning my subscription because this is not an ethical business model and its been like this consistently since I joined a few years ago

I have 2 pairs of the lined franchise shorts. While I love the feel of those, the lining is just too hot at times so I got 2 pairs of the unlined versions and I am very happy with them

Long-time VIP customer that is completed disappointed with customer service. I received an email alerting me of a VIP early access to a summer cyber sale. I went to the same section to shop, at the top of the sale section there was a banner flashing "get additional 50% off sale items". So started to load up my cart, got ready to check out and the additional discount wasn't applied. Called and was hung up on, called again and the rep understood my concern but didn't have authority to add the promo. Transferred to supervisor and he too couldn't do an adjustment saying they cant do it. Transferred to manager and she was just rude. States they can't give the discount and the promo simply means I can choose between the sale price or the 50% off the reg price not both. I asked for an email to send my concern to and she said here's the email we give "you people". I asked to clarify "you people" and she said it's the "VIP with issues"…nice to know VIPs are categorized in such a manner.
Sent and email and received a response…. Basically lots of back and forth but ultimately says it's out of their hands.
The promo states that an additional discount would be given on a sales item - so it is clearly being advertised publicly that a stacked discount would be given. Again it's safe to assume that in order to the get that additional discount the item had to be on sale, which to be on sale a previous reduction to the price had to have been done. Verbatim it fits the promo exactly…though customer service interprets it differently. Completely disappointed in how this is handled…if you advertise something own up to it. Don't give new definitions to words and tell me "additional 50% off sales items" means you decide if you want the sales price or get 50% off the regular price.

I have never had a worse experience with any retailer. Their promotions and membership structure are deceiving and very misleading. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I've had orders cancelled for no reason, falsely advertised promotions, refusal of refunds, discounts not applied, store credit being denied... everything that can go wrong does go wrong with Fabletics. I always read terms and fine print, they really are falsely advertising discounts and just not honoring the advertised prices. The clothing is overpriced and the quality doesn't reflect the high price tag. Shopping the site is a huge hassle and has tons of technical issues. I've given them many chances and every single time it sucks. No wonder there are so many bad reviews all over the internet. I just can't get over how ridiculously incompetent and rude the customer service agents are. The last one I spoke to was so condescending and uninformed. I have spent hours trying to resolve an issue and I'm giving up on this brand completely.

The clothes have been fine, nothing super extraordinary but the process is frustrating. My size is usually sold out within minutes of me getting the email for new products each month. And when you do buy they take forever to arrive. They send you an email saying your items ship before fabletics has even gotten it to the carrier. So your items sit there for days/weeks until they get to the carrier and then all the time it takes the carrier to get it to you. Plus the carriers used seem shady and unresponsive. My first order with them was with the carrier for weeks and then I called to ask what happened with fabletics and it arrived the following day at my door.? The clothes are cute but not worth all the hassle. I'm trying one more shipment to see.

I had a very hard time canceling my subscription. I then managed to get it canceled, yet was still charged for the next months subscription. I went to the live chat on mobile and it was not wanting to work on any mobile device. So I then called, and was told I could not cancel till the next month in between the days 1-5. The guy on the phone continued to try and get me to not leave the membership and asked many unnecessary questions. And was no help what so ever. So I then open up my laptop and go on live chat and was able to cancel the subscription after the guy on the phone told me I couldn't. Everything else was fine, great quality clothes, just not service.

I think this company would do well to realize that not all their customers are young or middle aged women. I will be 70 in 2 more years and I still work out an hour A-day on treadmill and with freeweights. I was looking for a deal on leggings and I saw Tayshia from Bachelorette tell me I could get this incredible deal For 2 pairs of leggings. I went there and placed my order. I guess it was in the fine print or fine print or a sort of bury the lead situation as I did not realize I had to spend almost $50 a month for the privilege of the great deal in a monthly membership. Those leggings will last me a good while as I was very pleased with the quality snd the color selection and patterns perand patterns. However, I will not be buying any more anytime soon and certainly not now. I was not thrilled that I missed the fine print. I did not appreciate all the different attempts to keep me on the hook when I tried to cancel offering me 3 and 4 options before finally agreeing to refund my money which they did pretty promptly. Yes. Very somewhat displeased.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
