Careful when you purchase through a promo offering 2 shorts for $25... I missed the fine print and was charged $50 a month for the next 2 months. When i called in to ask why, i was told i agreed to sign up for their subscription membership. On the one hand, i thought "ok, thats on me. I missed the details". On the other hand, when I went to browse their inventory online, they didn't have anything new! I was allowed to shop for more of the same shorts i already purchased from them. Yeah, no thanks. Your shorts are not worth the $125 you got out of my card. Thanks for the refund but still.

Awful. If you forget to "skip" a month you are charged $49 for a "member credit". After my first order I realized the quality of the clothing was not in line with my expectations, so I wanted to cancel my membership, but doing so FORFEITS any accrued credits! Despite setting calendar reminders, I continued to miss the monthly skip date, and finally after accruing over $500 and continuing to not see items I wanted (or they were perpetually out of stock) I decided to cut my losses. I ordered what I could ("$50" pair of underwear that disintegrated in a month?!) and cancelled just to stop the hemorrhaging. Ashamed and embarrassed I fell for this trap, and pissed it's giving my hard earned money to an actress who doesn't need it.

I have been skipping my monthly charge ever since I went into the actual store to get some shirts and saw there aren't any sales in store for members, only for NEW members. I don't see the benefit of a MEMBERSHIP if the only "perk" is getting an outfit for the monthly fee and it has to be something pre-selected for me. I do plan to cancel my membership, rather than just skip every month now, I need to figure out how to do that because that option isn't clear on the website. This is a 2/5 stars. I don't know why the survey changed it to 5 stars. Lol!

I placed an order August 17th, received a tracking number August 19th and all it shows is the label was created but shows no movement in the delivery process. I called customer service two separate times and both times I was hung up on! Both representatives would talk over me and when I tried explaining why I was calling they kept saying the same thing over and over. For the price you pay for their products you would expect better customer service. I do love their leggings but not enough to keep purchasing from. I will be canceling my subscription and find a different company to purchase from.

The shipping takes FOREVER! I placed my order on Aug 19, the items were shipped on Aug 20 but I still haven't received the package! The estimated arrival time just kept being pushed back. I don't know what's going on. I live in Virginia, not the other side of the planet!
Also, the company takes my money away every month and doesn't allow refunds on membership credits! What kind of policy is this? I can't find anything I like and there is no way that I can spend the rest of my credits so I just want my MONEY back!

My first order never arrived because the delivery service could not find my address (which was a house in a neighborhood) with the correct address. I called Fabletics asking for a refund since the carrier couldn't find my address, there's no point in asking for them to send it again if the address was correct. The man on the phone gave me the run around and how he could just refund me a vip credit when I wanted a refund to my card. So I ended up with a credit because he wanted me to have a "second chance". I ordered some leggings, same thing. They never came and somehow couldn't find my address? I just want a refund!

I was encouraged to join the vip service for offers. Seemed fine until $100 was taken out of my account a d I realised I was subscribed to a monthly pay scheme. Nothing on my account on the website suggested this was the case and no indication of upcoming payment etc. I cancelled this through customer service (after a long winded serious of hard sell tactics) but was not refunded the monthly payment. Then my initial order was never sent- I asked a f they told me it was dispatched. I challenged this and then they says it was never sent and wasn't going to be. Then offered credit instead of a refund for a messed up offer. Only after insisting on speaking to management did my refund get processed.

The leggings & warm ups are tooong from waist to the inseam, Or crotch area. Also, i do appreciate the fact that I cant cancel.my membership with a simple phone call or text. Twice you double debited my account without reimbursing me the extra debit.

I don't know where to start with how bad the service was from fabletics, it; s a shame really because the product is great.
When I purchased 2 pairs of shorts, I didn't expect to be signed up to a subscription for £50 per month, it was really underhand how they hid the fact in the small print. When I tried to exit the subscription they tried telling me it was a free subscription and I just had to pause it every month.
Then when the shorts arrived they were too big (the only positive out of the whole experience). The exchange process described on their website didn't work as they had shut down the email channel.
I finally managed to speak with someone who could help who asked me to choose 2 new pairs of shorts, that was difficult as they had hardly any stock. Finally managed to choose 2 pairs in stock, but whilst I was waiting for the product to despatch they must have ran out of stock and so cancelled my exchange and sent me an email saying they had credited my account.
So I went back on the website, but there was no credit on my account, so I had to get back in touch, but the person I was speaking with said my original exchange had been processed and so he couldnt do anything for me. At this point I had already had a terrible experience, having to contact them 3 times, being conned into a subscription and having already had to suffer their terrible customer experience, but now I had no shorts and no credit or refund.
When I said that I was going to go to trading standards/consumer watchdog, they sorted it for me within an hour, a day later I've received an email saying my items will be delivered.
Avoid this company at all costs, I don't even think its a scam, they're just a terrible company.

I love their products and have been a member since they started up but now they send emails every day I have changed my info on my account and have spoken to them on the phone but does change anything every day still get emails from them so as much as I like their product they annoying emails turned me away

Edit: Customer service contacted me right away and refunded my money for the website subscription I never authorized. They did the right thing which I really appreciate, they cloth is kind cool, not bad products at all, but this "website sub" trick really downgraded my impression on their brand
Here's my rule of thumb when rating a company/brand, never trust a company who charges your credit card more than once without your consent, especially when it's not a purchase, Fabletics will forever be on my blacklist.
I bought 3 pcs cloth from their website because they pushed a promotion ads, seem like a great deal, $30 for 3 pcs shorts and tees, and the transaction were somewhat smooth. Quality and style seem to be ok, nothing mind blowing. Nothing seem wrong right? Wrong! Until a month later, I found out they criminally charged me $49.99 TWICE for "website site subscription" which I never allowed! You got be kidding me! We should have any more financial ties after my first purchase, whatever reason they charge me $49.99 can not be justified. Fortunately I bought thro paypal who can get involve and give a refund.
Again, this is the company I will blacklist forever.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
