I cancelled my membership in November 2020 and still fablitics continued to charge my card for 10 months until I reached them out. The agent was really rude and exited the chat without providing the proper details.
Most scary part was the account had my new address updated in billing and shipping address, which I never provided to fabletics
I'm still waiting to receive my order which I ordered on September 4,2021 and paid $15.95 for RUSH shipping. I messaged them on Facebook and whoever responded brushed me off trying to make it seem like I'm wrong for messaging by saying they have until September 10,2021 for me to receive it, if I don't by then, then I can message… uh tomorrow is the 10th and they have created a shipping label, but have not brought the package to be shipped! I expressed that and how frustrating this is. They stopped reading and replying to my messages! I feel like this company is a scam and need to train their employees on customer service! At this point they better be awesome leggings and sweats, even with that I don't know if I would want to order from them again! I also would never suggest this company to anyone, either, at this point! This is the worst experience I've had with online orders in a LONG TIME! Attaching the proof of purchase to verify purchase, also pictures of our messages. Continuing to blow me off even with their response trying to blame the shipping company too! 0 solution 100% run around!

So far its been great... I love the products... have found a couple styles that I could not live without. When something does not work out, returns are a breeze! Customer Service has been great too. Its a great way to try some things and figure out what is going to work best for you. Wish there were sports bras that had actual cup sizes... however I have still found some that work great for me. I get a ton of compliments too!

Ok, trying to stop the auto withdrawal, but every time I call I have a credit then don't think about it……I love the pants or Capri style with the pockets, as they are my favorite when walking and carrying things

My first order with Fabletics could not have been better. With that being said, my second was honestly the worst, most unorganized and terrible customer service experience I have ever had. My order was placed on 8/15. As of 9/06, I have not received my order. After multiple attempts to see where my order was, no shipping updates were placed and no refund was ever issued. I fought and fought and FOUGHT with the representatives who kept telling me to call back in 24, 48, 72 hours to wait until my order came and they could process a return. I had to contact this company for days on end trying to get my $70 order refunded since I had never received it. 2 for $24 leggings really sounded too good to be true. Like I said, first order two years ago was a breeze. This order made me never want to try to purchase from this company again. I'll stick to Amazon or other retailers.

Legging material is scratchy and rough. I ordered a sweatshirt and it was honestly the worst constructed item I have ever ordered from any company. I opened the package and literally laughed out loud. The tag price vs what you pay as a member... also laughable. Product not even close to be worth either price point. Disappointed.

All of their leggings are now shiny and not matte... they have no options for mid waist, everything is high waist. You can't stop a fee and then you have all of these credits to use so you can't cancel. I am happy that they offer maternity leggings, that is a plus. Quality is still great. I have been a customer for many years and have always had great options in clothing until the last year when they are limiting the styles of the leggings more.

If you are given a gift card you cannot apply any first purchase discounts. I got a gift card and had seen ads so decided to try it out but after talking with customer service turns out that you can't apply both the first time discount and use a gift card which makes no sense. This proves how this company is really a scam!

The fabric on these short is different than the fabric of the legging I always buy, it is not as soft but compressing the same.

One of the pieces that I ordered ripped within the first time wear, but their return policy is that all the tags have to be on. I buy fabletics for quality, and when a piece does not hold up for even one wear I am very disappointed.

They are almost always sold out of my size in any style and any color I would try to get.
I get credits building up and called and they tell my there will be a restock but apparently doesn't include mine.

I love the way the fabric feels and fits well. I love the pockets available for my phone because i use my phone for music or podcasts. Fabletics clothes fits so well.

Today I have to admit it was quite easy to order from Fabletics. However, over a period of time I have become more and more frustrated with the website. It takes forever to find what you want and finding it seems quite illogical. When you get to what has been recommended for you it is often sold out! So I often gave up trying!

My review is for the website. I love the clothes. Great quality, great fit. They're why I deal with the website.
The website is not very user friendly, especially for Mobile users. It takes a long time to lead and make selections. I know the issue wasn't my IP, since other websites worked just fine. It seems like the CSS may be bloated and your developers should streamline the code.
I had an issue where I attempted to add two items to my cart using Chrome on a mobile device as a signed in user. The cart was not loading, so I got my laptop out. I signed into my account and saw the 2 in the corner of the Cart icon, indicating that I had 2 items in my cart. I attempted to click on my cart and after 6 full minutes, the cart loaded but was empty. I re-added the items and went to check out again, but now my cart had 4 items in it, even though previously it was showing as empty.

I bought some Fabletics in the past but they were pretty tight. I normally wear a large, but decided to try the XL and I am very happy I did that! No more muffin or camel toe! DON'T BE AFRAID TO GO UP IN SIZE!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
