Everything I have ever gotten from Fabletics has fit perfectly and I love everything! There could be a greater color selection for the mens shorts though for my Fiance.
I had been browsing and browsing at the online store but never actually purchased. I have been both to their Honolulu and Houston stores and they have smart and stylish teams on-site that are experienced at helping you find something you will enjoy wearing and look nice in. When I go in to shop with them, their staff usually have tools to show you outfits and they can give you tips on how to make it best fit your body type. For me, the staff is a good source of outfit ideas bc they are working/modeling the styles they sell in sometimes unique or practical ways. I saw how one staff wore a fun crop top in a cleverly modest, yet modern way.

Beware: Fabletics makes it very difficult to cancel your subscription and return any products. After 4 phone calls I finally got a return authorization and they would still not issue me a credit card refund- I was told only a credit at Fabletics was available. They said to call back and request l a check which takes 6-8 weeks to process.

Their products are crap. Worn and washed maybe 3 times and stitching is coming undone. They won't stay up above my belt line on the back and I have a normal not overweight body. Bad design, Chinese crap, don't buy. It takes about 20-30 minutes waiting for responses from idiots to cancel your monthly plan. These people are scammers.

I always wear a medium. These were too tight, too long, and the pockets were backwards from my other trinity leggings. Not sure I want to order again.

Horrible customer service. I made an order on a Thursday and I expected 2-3 business day delivery as they advertise on their site. The next day, Friday, I get a tracking number. Fast Forward to Wednesday and 3 business days after my order have passed (Friday, Monday, and Tuesday). I looked at the tracking and see that it barely moved and is now delayed and will not be delivered until the next Friday. That is now more than 5 business days. I contact the company on Wednesday, the day I saw it was delayed til Friday and asked my Rush Shipping costs to be refunded 2 to 3 business days had already passed. And after a lot of back and forth they basically said well the Fedex didn't get the package til Monday and its actually "5" business days and if you don't get it by Friday then we can refund you. It was total crap. Even if you are now claiming 5 business days it is late (Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday is 5 business days). I told them I called on Monday and the representative told me that she showed the package would be delivered by Tuesday and it never came. It has been delayed many days. But instead of refunding me $16 for rush shipping they lost a member who canceled their membership and will be returning the $90 worth of product that I purchased IF I ever do receive it. To add insult to injury, when I was canceling my membership they offered me $10 credit stay. They wouldn't refund me even partial my shipping cost but are OK with giving me $10. What a bunch of morons I can see why the reviews here are so bad. Terrible Company.

My cart was suppose to charge $47.00 dollars and got charged $204. It has been more than 5 days and funds have not been reimbursed. Customer service I would make sure you immediately check you bank or credit card when you purchase to ensure they charge you the right amount.

Kate Hudson is getting mega-rich selling "affordable" clothing sewn by poor Black women in Lesotho. Feigning ignorance is indefensible, because fast fashion is inherently dependent upon the exploitation of poor people, usually women.
Of course I fell for one of those youtuber ads for fabletics. At first it seems like a "too good to be true" deal, and I'd say that's partly accurate. In all of the ad reads they have influencer say, NONE mention how the "credits" that you buy, you have to manually skip them each month. I was charged with no option to refund! Instead I was given 3 or 4 $50 credits, BUT the credits can't be used like a gift card.
I was trying to use the credits up but I couldn't split up the $50 credit in any way. I would try and buy a $70 piece of clothing and then only one $50 credit would be applied. So regardless, I was always asked to pay the difference in some way. Eventually I figured out a way to only pay a couple dollars difference but it was so painful.
Maybe if you're more on top of things and read the fine print you'd be fine but face value I don't think it's worth the time. Normal price their stuff is pricy anyway and the quality is not it!

Purchased men's shorts (2 for $24). Sounds like a great deal, right? Wrong! In order to get the deal, you are required to signup for a "membership". This membership will automatically begin charging your card $50 a month and really doesn't get you much besides free shipping and the original promo. Not to mention it's a completely hidden charge. They will NOT provide refunds for these charges and their customer service SUCKS. Shipments have been 5-7 business days delayed from what they originally post. Quality of the clothes is at least respectable but nothing special.

Literally the worst customer see experience I've ever had. My account got deactivate right after placing an order, so I called, they told me it would take up to 48 hours to reactivate my account. The lady on the phone also told me my order would be able to be honored and resubmitted after. 2 weeks later still nothing, so I called again, my account finally was activated, and I could just resubmit my order. I had to find new things, and they had to manually put the discount in. But due to this, I couldn't pay with after pay like I normally do. Instead they said they had to manually submit the order on their end (as there was an error everytime i tried to check out) which doesn't work for me as i pay with Afterpay. I asked for maybe a one time use promo code I could apply instead, that way it'd be a completely new order (which other companies have never had a problem doing), and I can check out my Preferred way. Instead they said no, didn't help, and kind you at this point I've talked to about 3–4 different people. After asking for supervisor, they kept beating around the bush and ended the chat with me.

I have been a VIP member with Fabletics until today. I used my so called member credits to order and was instead charged over $200. When I called them about this, they said the o my way they will refund me and use my credits, is if I send my items back! Instead of just refunding my credit card, and using the credits that they were supposed to. I haven't even received the items yet. The worst customer service. The items will be returned, membership cancelled. And I will post about my experience on every advertisement and tell everyone I know to avoid this shady company.

I pre-ordered some shorts that were suppose to be on sale but had to pre-order, however they charged me full price! So I called and got a rep who said because it was a pre-order you're charged full price regardless of what the advertisement said. I immediately cancelled my membership, then the rep asks if she gives me they discount would I continue my membership! WHAT!? No cancel please! What a joke! I will be returning these items.

I'm in the middle of a move, but didn't want to miss out on their Labor Day sale, so requested the ship to store option. Received an email that said my order had shipped and a day later received an email that said order is in. I call the store to check to see if my order was in fact in, but they said they haven't seen it yet and they do not actually have a ship to store option. They only ship to your home. I told them the site let me select ship to store as an option, then I was put on hold to speak to the manager. Manager said she checked and they should be receiving my order and will notify me when it's in. I receive an email a couple of hours later from that store stating the address for the ship to store in incorrect (the main mall is listed, and they are located outside) which will lead to my order being returned. They told me to contact the shipping company to have the address updated. I contact the shipping company and they tell me only the seller/shipper can update the address. I contact Fabletics CS and they tell me there's nothing they can do.
Today, I receive an email stating my order is delivered. Again, I call the store to be told that there's no such thing as a ship to store. I told the associate that on Saturday, I was told differently. Again, they tell me to call back to speak to the manager. I call back and the manager tells me that I need to call the main mall to see if they received my order. I call the main mall, and they tell me they have a policy not to accept orders. At this point, no one knows where my order is and where it was delivered to. Not sure why Fabletics site says you can ship to store when you can't... and if you can, at least put the correct address in the ship to store option!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
