I called in regards to points I earned and have suddenly lost. I was previously told by the customer service team that the points would not expire and not to worry. Come to find out, they did, and I lost over 1500 because I was lied to. When I called to figure out the problem, the extremely rude, grumpy from the start supervisor named Edgar told me not his fault. There is no proof on their end in their notes I talked about points, but that he can see, I called and did talk to someone for assistance. I replied, so you know, I called and talked to your employees, and because it didn't get written down in your notes, there is no way you can assist me. He replied, not his problem, and no. I've been a loyal paying member and customer for years, and this is how they treat and talk to their members. Don't get a membership. Don't waste your time. Sadly, they have nice clothing but sucky customer service supervisors that don't know how to talk or help loyal customers never-mind know how to be polite. If anything, shop but stay away from any membership. Its clear they do not want to assist.
I like shopping here. I ordered a sports uniform here and absolutely delighted with the quality. It also looks fantastic.

I got charged monthly membership, i did not even know I have to pay a membership, besides, this does not make season the membership, almost 50 euro a month, 12 months is 600euros, but you still have to pay for your product on top. The membership only gets you to get a discount... I do not want to be a member of this, and now I could not find a click to disconnect with my card. I bought four of their pants, I like two of them, but they definitely does not worth a membership, one of them even makes me mad every time when I lay my eyes one them, I dislike waste of anything, but this pants hurts me every time when I think about it

The 1 shorts did not fit unfortunately I'm a lrg on all 5" shorts but those were no where close to my size

Bought 2 pairs of leggins, no where did I see it was a subscription. A few weeks later £50 taken out of my PayPal and credited to my account... absolutely disgusting

I cancelled my membership today due to the customer service issue I'm facing. I placed an order over 10 days ago and my tracking # has never worked. Actually when I enter the tracking number given to me on the fed ex website it says "No record of this tracking number can be found at this time, please check the number and try again later." And it's said that for the last 10 days. I've reached out to customer service several times as my package was already due to be delivered. I am just continuing to be told to check back in X number of days. Today they told me to wait another 10 days and that it was out of their control after the package was received by the shipping facility. They failed to understand that per fed ex the package was never received. Their only advice for me was to reach out to fedex customer service! They seem totally useless in my situation and are now telling me to check back in 10 more days if there is no update by the 19th. That seems totally ridiculous to me. Any other company that I've worked with would have sent out another package or at least started a case to see if the package would be located. Also as they are the shippers they are the ones who would need to reach out to fed ex not me! Totally dissatisfied and disappointed with this customer service and cancelled my membership over this which is sad because I really wanted to receive my items. Now I'm afraid if the package is lost or was never sent that 10 days from now the items will be sold out in my size. I voiced this concern to customer service but they were of no help.

Seriously a scam been a vip member a year now won't let me use my credits, get a payment failure but the money comes out of my account, but no order is processed!
No refund has ever been issued, nor do I get my orders.
I loved it up intill 5 months ago when they tell me it's my banks fault not there's, the money comes out but there site does not register it as such, and customer service is a joke.
How do I get my money back its almost amounts to 100.00 usd

I placed an order and when I received it not only was it two sizes too small but it was shorts and I ordered a sports bra and long leggings. I called them, they said return the order and call us with the postal confirmation # and we will release your correct order. I did this on the same day and three weeks later still had not received my order, this was five weeks after the initial purchase. They said you did not call back with the proof that you mailed the package, I said I did, it was a live chat and I sent them the copy received from the post office with the tracking number. Again, they refused to release my correct order because they said that I never shipped the package, so with broken ribs I dug through boxes because I had already put everything away because my mother died and we shoved everything in boxes and put it in the garage because family was coming in. I finally found the receipt from the post office and called them back with proof that they received the package weeks ago and they simply said "oh, okay we will ship your original order". I asked if it could be expedited since they waited so long and the return had been in their possession all along and they said "sure". However, it took another two weeks for me to receive the package, therefore 9 weeks after my original order I finally received what I ordered. This is unacceptable from such a large company and I am very dissatisfied with the turn around time and the lack of organization skills on the part of such a large company like Fabletics. I have cancelled my monthly membership and no longer wish to do business with the likes of a company that treats their customers this way.

Fabletics repeatedly emails and texts me to review my purchase and they will give 20 points. I have done 6 reviews in the last month and no points have been given. I have called multiple times and emailed back and forth with their TechStyle Fashion Group representative. But they just blow you off. They still have not made it right. They assume you will just give up after wasting so much time calling them and emailing them. SO DISHONEST! STOP THE FALSE ADVERTISING!

I recently purchased the black thin jacket with a mesh back and black leggings with a ruffle line of trim. Totally cute and comfortable, I could have went down a size purchased a L. Both of these items I could have done a (M), very comfortable and great fit.

I Brough 2 leggings from fabletics and one of leggings tore right after the first use and second one got bubbles after 3-4 washes. I wouldn't recommend buying this.

This company is involved in criminal activity. I cancelled my debit card to stop these people from taking payments, even after I had called them to cancel. Somehow they changed my payment method without my permission to continue to take money from my bank. Surely this is criminal behavior. I will be reporting them to the authorities.

The subscription is a rip off. You get one member credit per month, but if you want a shirt or item that's less than what the member credit costs you, you're losing money. I also think your men's pants need waist/inseam sizing. The medium and large were both super tight around my waist, but the medium leg tightness was just right and the large was SO baggy. If you're going to charge for membership, return shipping should be free as well. I think you could be a great company if you make some adjustments, but I felt ripped off by the membership.

Purchased items using the sizing chart and my actual measurements. One item is at least 2 sizes too small while the other is several sizes too big. Rather than hassle with return, I gave away the items. Cute items but doubt I'll order again.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
