Each time my wife and I have ordered anything, it ends up getting misplaced somewhere on the way and taking about 2-3 weeks longer than they say it will to get here. Products are great, but the apparent incompetence of their shippers make me want to stop ordering.
I love the items I've purchased from Fabletics over the years. The sales are amazing! The quality of their products are outstanding. I wear my leggings and workout bra's all the time and they still fit and look good after all the washings. I also love that you can purchase items online and return or exchange the at a Fabletics store.

Always hard to find my size. The returns/exchange is not too hard but I always have a hard time finding the things I like on my size. Seems like there always out of stock and it keeps me from looking/buying for things more often.

I honestly don't even know where to start. Not only did I notice in my emails that my order was going to the wrong address but I contacted Fabletics 3 times to tell them and each time they said it was fixed and what do you know all my stuff when to the wrong address! Then I called to tell them that and they sent it again to the wrong place! I finally returned everything because I was just done. Not to mention the multiple times I was hung up on or disconnected on chat. I truly have no idea how this place is running with how incompetent everyone appears to be.

I could not find this specific order number in my order history, but here is a review based on my opinion with Fabletics as a whole.
I really love Fabletics — one can never have to many leggings/shirts/hoodies, etc. When I am not at work chances are I am in Fabletics something. Fabletics is not a clothing company it is a way of life. =]

I love my Fabletics leggings! I get such a great deal monthly, along with the savings! My only missing star would be that even with easy and early access, alot of the time the color and size i need will be sold out so fast i can hardly order what I want.

I love fabletics. I love to be comfortable always and the clothing is just that. My issue is nothing is ever available in my size. 9 times out of 10 what I want is sold out, or it'll be in my cart and disappear moments later as "not available". Superrrrrr frustrating. Then the item is never in stock again. I know I sound like a black Karen right now, but I swear it ruins my day. Please please make more items available for purchase. Small/medium in tops and large on bottom. Definitely should be a healthy inventory for such a large and established company. Otherwise, love them. Found my favs, just wish I can get other colors/options.

Horrible. I saw an ad for a sale when buying 2 pants. I bought them then noticed fabletics withdrawing almost $50 dollars 2 months in a row. I canceled my PayPal account to guarantee no further money would be taken. I would of never agreed to pay almost $50 a month for absolutely nothing. It's a scam. As a hard working mother of 5 kids I felt robbed of a lot of money I needed to put food on the table. Please review my account and refund the almost $100 u withdrew for unknown reasons.

All size are exact. I have had no issues. All my order come complete. I order shirts last order but they cam the wrong size. I try to send a message but system was down. I ended up just keeping it

Poor customer service. I placed an order online yesterday, got notification that the order was processed, and was charged the amount due. Today I got a notification that there was an issue because they were unable to process my credit card (even though I was charged) because Fabletics stated my credit card company could not verify my billing address. My billing address and shipping address are exactly the same - as it is in my profile online with Fabletics. The email states to call customer service to resolve the issue. I called them and they said because my previous orders didn't get shipped to this particular address they canceled the order. They escalated it but then it takes another 24-48 hours for them to "fix" it, but I have to call and make sure that this has been done. They cancel your order rather than leaving it open so you can fix any issues. Since they canceled the order, you now have to take the time to go back and re-order the same items. If I didn't have so many member credits that I'm trying to use up, I would just leave it and never shop with them again. I have canceled my membership and now waiting the allotted 24-48 hours before I can re-order. What a waste of time.

I have called to cancel membership 3 times within 4 months and was assured it was cancelled. However, the fee is still being taken out of my card. Beware! This company does not follow through! Very frustrating!

I tried ordering a couple pairs of joggers from them for my girlfriend and when we got them they were very different than what they looked like online and were very thin. When I tried to return them for my money back the customer service person told me that I could not, but they would give me store credit. I ended up doing that and tried 2 different joggers, both of which were disappointing. They did not taper like the photos showed and the sizing was not similar between products as a medium fit for one style and was not even close for the other. I contacted customer service again and they only gave me the option for in store credit. They also only refunded me a fraction of what I had spent.

My mother created an account to buy cheaper but cute active wear. She could not figure it out fully so I had created the account for her I my name (we do not live super close). She then decided to become an memeber for the great prices. Little did she know she was opting into something that would cause financial havoc. Her credit card was charged over $600 without her noticing. I told her she MUST call customer service ti get this resolved. They told her not to worry and they would add back the $600 and something to her account so she could use it as a credit. She was NEVER tons it would expire. Then we went through an pandemic and she was not ordering anything due to delivery and forgetfulness. After she went on to use her credits they were gone. She said it was confusing and difficult to apply the credit at the end without paying for the purchases on her credit card again. I could not get into town to help since I live 3 hours away. Now I can not get ahold of customer service and she is out over $600 dollars. This company is an absolute scam. It's so sad how a celebrity who makes MILLIONS would scam innocent people just trying to look cute for a good cost. My mother would of never ordered if she was not a fan of Kate Hudson. I used to be but now I know she is just as bad as every scammer on the internet. Shame on you for using your power to the wrong advantage. DO NOT RISK IT!

I have been a faithful Fabletics VIP member for more than 5 years. So when I tried contacting them about an undelivered order, all I get is the runaround! Firstly, every phone number tried doesn't work, so I don't even know how anyone thinks it's "easy" to cancel or communicate with them and so I did the ridiculous live chat option. Both agents have given me nothing but the runaround and continue to make me wait 5 days everytome I inquire and then gaslight and outright lie to me about about I placed my order! It's not rocket science as the site actually confirms I placed my order on the date I specified but the agents continue to attempt to tell me that I can't count the days! I am so angry that if this isn't resolved by the 19th, I will be canceling a membership that has been apart of my life for longer than 5 years. I'd rather go elsewhere and spend my hard earned dollars with a company that actually cares about its customers - and where customer loyalty means something. I have been writing positive reviews for Fabletics for years and that stops today.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
