This is not the first time that I have ordered from Fabletics. I am a member and pay monthly for the member servcies. However, this is the second time out of the three times that I have ordered from here that the order must have gotten lost or something. For one, it said "your order should get here tomorrow" 6 days ago. Then, when I check my tracking information, it says that it is somewhere in Irving TX ( a city I don't even live close to) and it says "Delivery date information will be available once details are provided by the carrier." So, I would like my order to either be delivered and if it cannot be then I need a refund. ASAP. This is outrageous that almost every time I have oredered something happens to my order. If i do not recieve either my order or a refund, then I will not be doing business here anymore and will cancel my membership indefinitely.

A point costs a lot... like $50. And then they offer you a pair of socks for an entire point?!?! The point system needs to be reviewed. When $100 items are on sale for half off, they won't let you buy with a point... you will need to cough up the cash... this too makes no sense.
Each point should reflect the dollar amount, no arbitrarily assifn a point or even two to most items.

Customer service was quick and easy! I only washed my leggings once and the stitching stained. I was worried they wouldn't replace them, but it was so easy to resolve I'm happy I called. They sent me a replacement pair immediately.

I have been trying to return 3 items since 4th of January. 10 collections have been booked now and Hermes have failed to appear at any of them. Customer services solution each time is just to book another collection! That is clearly not working, how many days do i have to waste sitting at home waiting for Hermes? Fabletics have had my money since December 12th and i want it back. Pathetic customer service and returns process, won't be buying from ever again. I have opened a chargeback with my card company, as it looks like that is the only way i'll get my refund.

I got 2 pairs of the shorts with liners in them. They constantly feel like their coming off or falling down when I bend over working out, which is fairly often. A size smaller and I probably wouldn't be able to bend over cause the liners would be so tight. They have no drawstring which makes it worse. The t shirt I got looks like it was on a hanger for years even after washing. The necks all stretched out while the rest of the shirt is snug. Extremely disappointed with quality and already cancelled membership. Your first order you get a good discount but not worth it. Paid $55 for 2 pairs of shorts and a t shirt I'll probably never wear, not worth it.

This company is a scam! Do not buy from them - they have some very hidden fine print. Their sizing is so off so if you order from them online without trying things on you might just get stuck with items you can't even wear! I went online to make an exchange looked through my options, went back a few days later and then my items said no longer were Not eligible for returns or exchanges. At the bottom of the page it then says I had 3 more weeks to exchange or return. When I reached out to them I was then told my items were final sale. All so interesting since I had already went to the store and exchanged one of the items. They apparently just make things up as they go along. This is one of my orders - I have 3 that this happed on. Hope someone on eBay wants these unusable items so I can gets something back so its not a total loss!

I joined fabletics, thinking this would be a great place to get yoga wear. The experience is terrible. You essentially pay $79 per month for 1 member credit, which you can use towards their clothes; but the clothes go on sale often, however, you only use 1 member credit towards one item such that you actually end up paying $79 or 1 credit as a member for legging that cost, for example $30 on sale as a non member. So as a member you technically just pay more. I've had shipping not arrive and marked as arrived; custom service is not helpful. Quality is absolutely terrible; wont survive the first wash and don't even think about taking any of the leggings to hot yoga, unless you wish to have all of the sweat seep through, specifically what you'd want yoga clothes not to show. Further, when I tried to cancel my membership, two agent hung up on me before I was able to finally get rid of the membership. Pretty terrible. Very disappointed.

Walk into Bellevue WA store as I needed some black leggings. Paid full price non member
1. Over priced
2. Don't last 3 times I've worn them and they are coming apart at the seems. No it's not a small size they are the perfect size

I've exchanged quite a few items in store cause I ordered them online and they were not the right size for me and they were always glad to help and made the process as comfortable as possible. Beside, I can attest to the quality of their clothes. I've been wearing them for a year and a half and those items still look and feel almost new. Prices, specially when there is a deal (and they almost always have a deal), are way better then the competition.

I really like having sets that go together. Don't have to waste time putting outfits together that look great. Pockets on the pants are truly a bonus! The best part is how versatile the clothes are, they're not only for working out, I'm a fan for sure!

I ordered the define high-waisted 7/8 leggings in Tie Dye Trip during a half off sale and I couldn't love them more. Quality material, beautiful colors, and half off!? What's not to love!? And they were delivered to my home within five days.

Please never order from Fabletics. Firstly, I ordered from here because i would like to try the new brand but unfortunately, it took like over a week to response where is my order then after that my order was cancelled for no reason the i explained all of then to the agent and after that i ordered again from here secondly so i have to wait like 2 weeks again to get my order but the order that i got is totally wrong. Then i have to talk with the agent again and that agent is like totally halirious because all of the things that she said are that she cant even do anything… i was like so $#*!ed up. All of the things that i can do is to wait like another 2 weeks to get my freaking order for 2 pants. When i said, can i get refund for that? And she said that i have to go to the post office and replace my order back. I dun have time to do it and also, it is really hard for me to do that thing… When i said that i am going to write a review on your page, she seems like she doesnt care about it lol

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
