For the last couple months I have been charged the monthly fee regardless if I skip the month, or buy something. I called regularly to get money back and was told it's a system glitch. Again I was charged twice - this months and last month, despite buying items

All of the outfits I've ordered from Fabletics has fit me perfectly. I am an xxs so it's always hard for me to find workout clothing that fits and functions the way it's supposed to. I never have to worry about the fit with Fabletics! My monthly subscription gives me a new outfit to look forward to every month!

I went to the anniversary sale and was lucky to receive the free bag. The store was crowded but I still received great customer service while trying on items and needing a different size to buying my items that included ordering an item in a correct size. The ordered items was received in a timely manner.

I had a problem with an order placed online. The customer service team was extremely rude and told me there was nothing they could do and it was not up to them to fix the problem and make me happy.
I had to go to a stand alone store in San Antonio to get my order fixed. The In store team went above and beyond to make it right for me. Since then I only do my shopping in the San Antonio store. The one on one customer service in store is outstanding.

It is not reasonable to take a monthly amount pf money. I did not know that you will take it. Even if I want to cancel it, it has to be in a specific date!

I love my leggings but the shipping situation is insane. It take a month plus for a pair to get from atl to east Alabama-a 90 minutes drive at most. I get shipping can be messed up but four orders in this has happened EVERYTIME

I ordered a legging and after few days i see different charges on my credit card when i called them they told me that there is credit on your account which u can use it. They told me you are VIP customer so there will be charge every month on your credit card as a credit for you to use. Why would i need to purchase gym leggings every month. They give you leggings for good price and than they charge your credit card without letting you know…. Very unsatisfied will never order anything from them..

I ordered a long skirt that had a tight band at the waste that was unflattering, and general tight skirt (I'm a xs-s and ordered a small). The pants I got went up too high and rolled down, even though some of the reviews raved that these pants didn't do that, unlike other Fabletics pants - the fabric was soft and comfy though! I ordered a sports bra too which had no support, it's definitely more of a lounging crop top. But I kept it cause it's pretty comfy!

I love fabletics and have many clothing items from them. My only complaint is that there is no petite sizes. I'm 20 and 5'1. The high waisted leggings come up too high on me and the jackets come down way too low. I purchased the trinity jacket but once I tried it in it was way too long. I was very disappointed and turned to Lululemon because they have a cropped jacket that comes down at the appropriate length. I would love to stay with fabletics only so is you could make petite options for those of us who are smaller that would be awesome! Thank you!

I never in a million years thought that my order would be cancelled only and only because my billing address is listed as one thing and I was shipping merchandise to my alternate address in another state. To add insult to injury not only was my order cancelled but my account was suspended for what will be 72 hours. Who do FABLETICS think they are... its best I take my business elsewhere and spread the word. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company.

I received an email from Fabletics with a discount for a new purchase. I made the purchase, then found out that through the very fine print that i had signed up for a monthly membership. I tried cancelling my membership, every time i talked to an someone and informed them that i wanted to cancel, they would hang up on me. It took 6 times to call before they let me cancel my membership. These tactics make them a total fraud. I then cancelled my payment on paypal and emailed the BBB on this company. I can't believe Kate Hudson is actually a part of this fraudulent oversees company that send poor quality merchandise and over reaches with the membership.

They say they do not have my card info but charges come every month. I was asked to provide my email address and was told it was not on file. 5 minutes later, I received an email asking how good customer service was. They pass you to several customer service and each person asks you to repeat your information, and at each person they pass you to, a NEW info is asked, on top of all the previous. First, they will ask for the first 6 numbers is your credit card. Next person asks for the last 4. Then you get passed again... A SCAM! BEWARE! They have been taking money from my account for months.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
