Fast refund

Called to reverse monthly auto-charge because I wanted to skip the month, rep advised I'd just missed the window to skip however he'd process a PayPal refund which I promply received.

Disappointed with membership.

I was suckered in to the membership because it's such a good deal. However, the selection as of late has been limited for bigger bodies. The only option of a black athletic piece of clothing comes in the form of biking shorts. I haven't been able to find black leggings for the past two months. As a bigger woman, I struggle with dimples on the back of my thighs and colored leggings tend to emphasize that. I have credits that I'm holding on to because I can't use them.

I've been a member for over two years now and have really enjoyed the quality of clothes that I have received from Fabletics. I use them often for my workouts and everyday wear. I like being able to see how the clothing will fit on different body types and the wide range of clothing beyond leggings (bras and outerwear).

I find it challenging to find descriptions of the legging types, especially how the style-type has changed through the years and trying to find comparable styles to what I have previously purchased. Availability of colours and sizes is challenging to say the least. I also very much dislike the subscription business model. I don't need clothes every month and find it to be a huge annoyance to have to opt-out every month and/or risk being charged a credit. This model would be one of the only reasons I would discontinue shopping at Fabletics because otherwise their clothes have been fabulous.

Good quality

I have really enjoyed the items I have received from Fabletics. The one thing I do wish was that items are sold in CAD dollars to Canadians. After exchange rate is applied to the well-priced items, it makes items not really worth the cost in the end.

I haven't opted for a VIP membership but they deducted 49,95 euros without any notification. Refund my money. This kind of behavior is inappropriate.

VIP joke

I have no idea why someone would sign up for Fabletics vip program. I didn't even know I did when I made my first purchase with them. I just discovered this upon looking at some recent credit card statements. Pay $50/month just to get customer service that should be provided for free? And after seven months of paying, I still don't have enough vip points to spend in the store? I feel scammed, cheated, and stupid for falling into the trap. When you make that first purchase with them, be sure to look at everything at checkout so that you're not suddenly charged $50/month - for nothing! What a joke.

My fabletics

The store in Southlake TX, is where I shop happy, but the one's who works behind the camera, online, cart watcher's I'm not happy with. I put stuff in my cart to view because I can't see clearly, so when I do get the chance to shop I spend my money in the STORE I love, I can show someone what I'm looking for. Online just stop that. Yes, my cart was reserved for me. I would like to cancel my membership. Thanks

Customer Service could not help
April 2, 2022

The "One joggers" came out and tried getting them in the coral blue color, but the website wouldn't allow me to use a member credit for them. After calling customer service all they said was there's nothing they could do and that the problem would be fixed within 48hours. Upon asking for an email verification after the problem was fixed for my support ticket they said they don't do that and I will just need to check back periodically to see if I can use a member credit for those pants.

Don't fall for the new customer discounts. They hit me with a $50 year long membership fee after my first order. Then wouldn't give it back. Never giving them another penny

Waste of money

I signed up because of their 2 for $24 deal but soon after my first order everything was priced at $45+ even their cheap bras you can purchase for $10 anywhere else. If you forget to skip the month they will take $49.99 and will not refund. It's a joke.
