Since day 1 I'm in love with all the products specially the pants. This the first time in my life that I found pants that I feel comfortable in and it's actually good for workout. Have you been to one of their physical stores? If you haven't you need to asap. It's some other type of level of customer service. Also the fitting room has a tablet that shows you what you're trying on, makes recommendations, and let you ask for help if you need. It's some cutting edge tech. I loved it!
There was an item I was trying to purchase oh, it showed available but it was the last item now was unable to purchase it!

Fabletics billed me $49.95 for a monthly subscription service after I ordered one item and attempted to cancel my service. Their representative then stated they would charge my account for the following month because their policy was to only accept cancellations on the first five calendar days of every month and I was notifying them on the 7th calendar day. Totally infuriating. Needless to say I contested the charge and was able to get the next following month cancelled. I still ended up paying for one monthly subscription fee for ordering nothing in one month. That qualifies as a misleading scam in my book. Run away from Fabletics unless you want to spend $50 month on their goods. What a sad joke.

I love the clothes but all the issues I run into just make it feel not worth it. I'm constantly having to reach out to and spend A LOT of time on with customer service which I rarely, if ever, have to with other companies. The prices are completely arbitrary and I hate the whole membership/credit scheme. Overall it's a lot of hassle for clothes that I like but are not exceptional.

I'll start with my being mostly happy with my purchase at fabletics. Only issue is that one time my shopping experience wasn't as great. I can't remember now how it even happened (if it was me being absent minded or if the website really just glitched and messed up my order). Either way the folks at the store were great in helping me with exchanges etc. after a few visits to get it right. I ended up with one pair of shorts that is supposed to be a large that fits like a medium. Now I've worn these and also washed them and didn't decide to go to the store out of frustration that this would now be the 4th time trying to get this one order right. If someone could help in putting me at ease that a pair of worn shorts will be exchanged for the right correct true size I'll be a happy camper. Otherwise, the styles are nice, the deals are somewhat good (that regular price point is damn high), and all the other items fit very nicely. Only other thing I'd add is I wouldn't mind seeing more styles for men (women have a ton of options for many reasons and I get it).

I may be alone in this, but I would love to see more fitness tops. Not everyone is comfortable working out without sans shirt, simply sporting a bra, no matter how fit they are. Also…would love to see some more bottom and backside coverage in the swimsuits.

After my purchase they put me on an auto payment plan that I did not agree to. Oh and Bought some shorts with a liner and they fit very weird. Reached out via phone and email to see if I can exchange for shorts without a liner and never got a response. The absolute customer service! After realizing I was on an auto pay plan I couldn't connect with anyone to cancel

I ordered two pair of leggings when I became a customer. I paid for shipping on the website and waited 15 days for them to arrive. I wore one pair, one time, washed them one time, and they started to fall apart. Then when I tried to cancel my membership there's no easy way to do it.

I am really picky when it comes to athletic clothing, especially leggings. I have tried so many different brands that are known for good leggings but I swear nothing tops these. I love how they hold everything in, give you a snatched figure, but are also super comfortable. I never feel like I need to adjust them because they're uncomfortable which I find myself doing with other brands.

I felt over worked by the management as they did not have enough staff. On top of that I was disrespected by the store manager when I had asked for time off because of urgent medical appointment.

We live in the middle of nowhere so having new clothes arrive at the house at least once a month is fantastic. The nearest mall to me is 3.5hrs away and the only option inside of that is Walmart. Fabletics covers fills a niche for me and I love it. I also got the wife a pair of pants that are very fun to remove.

I signed up with fabletics while I was Christmas shopping for my daughter and I did get some good deals. However $50 a month is a bit much as I don't know anyone who buys that much workout equipment on a monthly basis. Counting the months until I've satisfied my monthly agreement.

I joined due to discount pricing offered on your first purchase, thinking prices would be similar as a VIP. The prices went up by 80% after my first purchase which was disappointing due to the quality of the products not being in line with the price points. I prefer SHEIN since their product quality and pricing are more in line and they do not automatically sign you up for a membership. The membership w Fab feels like a scam since you get to use your $50 monthly membership dues on 1 item up to $80, but you can end up only finding your size in an item that is under $50 which means you end up losing money. The website is not streamlined for easy shopping so you can spend hours just trying to find one thing you like that is available in your size. They are often out of sizes.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
