DO NOT order from Fabletics. Learn from my mistakes. They are not a scam but they are very tricky and will get money out of you in unfair ways. They make you sign up for a program in order to get the deals and the program charges you an ungodly amount each month unless you call each month and say you don't want the charge. Even if you do that though, they will still charge you and say they never got any word that you wanted to skip the charge. Dishonest company, take your money elsewhere.
This is really disappointing marketing decent clothes just brought two pants got charged nearly 500 hundreds over the span of a few months. Reached out to the customer support on the final stage for refund process she kept pushing the VIP points to be used instead of the refund. I decided I wasn't going to support this brand tried to cancel my account never received confirmation about my request.
This is a misleading business model that's bound to get exposed.

Fabletics is not a good company. The shorts are ok but their business practices are bad. They kind of get you into their VIP membership and they will charge you $49.95 every month. How much clothe do you need from them?
I called last month to cancel and the customer service person told me that it would be cancelled. Guess what, I just got charged again this month. Bad ethics.
Now, I had to spend more time to talk to someone else and cancel again. This time I got the rep's name (Jerry) and he promised me that he would refund me and that the membership will be cancel.
This type of practice are a shame. Good brand do not need to force you to get a "VIP Membership". Good brands know that if their products/services are good, the client will become a natural VIP.

I was just contacted today from "Chad" via email at Fabletics about another review I left for this company. He tried to "dumb it down" for me on how the VIP Membership works and I am disgusted! I canceled my VIP Membership fully aware of how the program works because it SUCKS! For one the VIP Membership was $49.99 a month and just went up to $54.99 a month with NO confirmation stating that the amount was changing. For two…. When you go to use your credit you have to buy an item that is less than what your credit is worth. Totally pointless. Three…. You pay extra fees for tariffs because everything they make and sell is sourced & made in China. Do your research before you commit to this membership. The only good way to get good prices on your items is when you first sign up. SHOPPERS TIP: Buy as much as you can during your first shopping experience and then cancel before the fifth of the follow month. You will have to call into the toll free 800 number to cancel though, because they do NOT allow you to cancel off your account online.

Maybe it's just trial and error, but I've heard great things about all their products. In my experience, my first pair of pure luxe leggings were a little too big and the emblem is already coming off after 2 washes. My sports bra could use a little bit more padding in my opinion.

Most of what I've gotten from Fabletics has been amazing! Good material, leggings stay up while working out, can actually get the right length. My only issue is when I want something it feels like my size (M) is always out of stock in the normal colors. Or if I do get something I like & want to order another one in another color, the size runs out and is never restocked. Been trying to get the cold weather black leggings in medium after getting them for my sister for a Christmas gift for months now…. Never restocked. Or the go to sweatpants…I live in my black ones & wanted other colors but they have nothing except like lilac or pastel pink in sizes xs or 3xl.

I was reaching out to fabletics customer service via chat, and the agent, Emy, disconnected the chat before my issue was resolved. This then resulted to me calling in, followed by having to speak with a supervisor.

Over all I have loved each item I've purchased. Most of all the leggings, they wash and wear well. I have had some start to come apart in the seams. I'm not a fan of having to go in each month and skip, I wish it was something I could set to receive when I want, like every 4 months etc. I forget some months and I don't like having a bunch of credit but that's my deal. Customer service has been gracious to reverse it for me a time or two.

While I did like the quality of the clothing- I closed my membership November 2021 - I still had £19 credit on my account. I have contacted Fabletics about 10 times to try to get my money back but still 5 months later there is no success. It now says it doesn't recognise my email. This is appalling and a warning to others who consider joining the membership.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
