I only bought something because k was told I had to be a vip member to access the yitty line in Canada
Even after ordering something and paying for vip I still can't access it
I have had a few issues and the customer service team hasn't helped me. I have tried to return items that didn't fit and been unable to do so due to unhelpful client care representatives on two occasions both online and on the phone. I have also had an order go to my former address after I had already updated my address, for which I never received 2 new credits, nor did I receive my items. The items I just received were fine however I ordered a bikini because in the past the swimwear has been fantastic but this bikini is see through and unflattering unfortunately for me I have given up on trying to return items. I also tried to cancel several times due to the poor service and have been unable to. It's a shame because the leggings and sports bras are typically fantastic if only the service matched.

I have received 4 orders in total and all have been great quality and I love the items. My last one has been a week or more since expected delivery but I can't blame them for the shipping during pandemic, so I will keep going as a VIP

I like all the clothes I have got so far, the only issue is when I workout in the shorts and pants I've bought they slide down. But I enjoy wearing the clothes for regular wear.

So I had went to a Flabletics store once while on vacation. I bought a pair of shorts and a tank top. I loved them so much that I joined the VIP program. I placed an order as soon as I got back from vacation. I ordered two sets of pants and a bra. They arrived yesterday and I LOVE THEM! They fit true to size and I love the feel of the fabric. Tonight I will wear a pair of the workout pants to my kickboxing class.

I happily bought 2 pairs of leggings. They arrived, good quality, no problems there. Then each month Fabletics have been debiting £49.00 from my account. I never signed up for this! I called to dispute the sum, and spoke to someone I think in Asia somewhere and could barely understand what she was saying. When I asked her to speak more slowly she shouted at me and said I needed to let her finish. I asked for a supervisor and she told me they had all gone. I asked for the £98.00 (2 months) to be refunded, she said this was taken as 'credit' on my account. I said I didn't want this (because it would be £600 a year and I never agreed to it!) I was told that a refund for my 'subscription' wasn't possible. Again, I asked for a supervisor, and I was told that she would have to check if I could have a refund. Eventually she came back on the line and said her supervisor (the one that had gone home?) had agreed I could have a refund. Very stressful and a heck of a palava. Like sport and want some decent gear? Shop somewhere else. This was a nightmare of an experience. I will never use Fabletics again.

I bought a couple of things from the company and somehow, I was signed up for a VIP membership that I didn't know of. I was charged for 3 months before I realized it. The weird thing is that I lost my debit card during that time and cancelled the card, so you would think they didn't have access to the funds? WRONG! The customer service rep from the Fabletics told me they contacted my financial institution directly. That rep was kind enough to refund my money. I also cancelled my subscription. The NEXT DAY... they charged my account another $54.95! I called again and 'Eddie' told me that there was nothing he could do. He told me that the refund I received couldn't have been done without the card information. I told me I have to take it up with my bank. I'm not crazy. The refund is back in my account and somehow, someway, they took more. 'Eddie' just seemed to not care a bit.
Horrible! Don't trust this company. They do not honor their promises.

Fabletics said it is their company policy to take 45 days to delete your account. 45 days! They say it takes 24-48 hours for them to send you an email confirmation that they received your request to delete your account. Insane.

False, deceptive advertising has stolen £196 (£49 a month without my consent, criminal). Didn't even know i was signing up for a vip membership. Thousands upon thousands of people have been going through the same thing since apparently the mid 2010's, and yet hardly anyone knows about fabletics being a scam. Kate hudson should be ashamed.

I ordered two pairs of leggings for $24 and they sent me a pair if shorts and a tank top in an ugly brown and not my size. I would not recommend this plastic to anyone!

I've been trying to cancel my subscription. It's almost impossible. Especially if based outside of America. You'll have to cancel your bank account and change banks to succeed in getting this leech off your back.
I needed to return my order, and was told I would get a refund to my credit card by a customer service agent, AND the website after i completed my refund.
(I have a picture of this as well!) However, they only gave me store credit, and none of the customer service agents haven't been at all helpful. I have since cancelled my VIP account.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
