I would give 5 stars if there were all available sizes whenever a sale occurs. It seems I can never get the size or colour I want because they must be popular. Also, I feel it's a huge rip off that Canadians don't get the same product selection as the States. I give it a full 4 stars for quality of product. Plus the return process is pretty simple. I've only ever had to return something once.

I've been a member for a long time. I go to the gym three times a week, and I'm almost always in Fabletics gear! I love the quality. Also love the customer service. One thing to note, PLEASE bring back more outfits with leggings and a tank rather than just leggings with a sports bra. Not all of us will workout with our midsections showing. Please help! There used to be more tank outfits and more prints. What's with all the solids?

Had an overall good experience shopping on their app. Had trouble scrolling through the pics of each outfit as the pictures don't easily scroll. But Customer Service was great. Shipment arrives earlier than expected.

Sizing issues are terrible. Ordering the same size and style of leggings from prior orders that fit great and new leggings are small and weirdly cut. Minimal stretch and styles are just blah, not inspiring! Loved my first legging purchase with zipper details in the bottom of leggings!

Never received my purchased items. Contacted the office. They tried to track the package and it was in its way. The items never showed up. And I never got a refund on my purchase either.

Been a member for many many years. Maybe from the beginning. Initially I loved Fabletics, the quality of the clothing is next level, I still wear original pieces to workout in and they still hold great. I just feel I miss out on a lot of VIP perks living in Australia. I've stuck it out with my membership thinking you'd realise or open a store in Australia being the company has expanding quite a lot since the beginning. But the first time I'm thinking of canceling my membership as the monthly membership fee has now gone up

I love the items I got. It didn't make sense to me that one pair of socks was sent in a different package which arrived a day earlier than the rest of my items. Once I got my clothes, I was happy with them and it was worth the wait.

Since I joined Fabletics the majority of my clothes have been ordered from them. I work physical jobs and need clothes that last, are comfortable, and that move with me - Fabletics have absolutely provided that! Their powerhold tights are my favourite, they are extremely comfortable and they don't go see through like many other brands do. Their sports bras are the only ones I wear - they provide support whether I'm fighting a fire, working on the wharf, or running my landscaping business. I have also been shocked at their ability to repel stains, there have been many times where I believed I ruined an item but they always seem to come clean in the wash! Honestly just could not be happier with their products!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
