I am very very happy with my Fabletics experience. The young ladies in the Victoria Gardens store in Rancho Cucamonga California are amazing! They are very helpful. They don't just help you find the product you are looking for, the make suggestions, tell you of thier experience with the outfits, help you find sizes and make sure that even when the store is busy and crowded you feel like you are still seen and heard.
I also like them because they remember me. Despite the store being very busy they even remember the outfits that I buy. Their customer service is exceptional. In today's society the art of customer service appears to be lost but not at your Fabletics store in Victoria Gardens. I now have my mother, aunt, and niece shopping there. I am VERY protective on my mother but I feel good about taking her into the store. After having a stroke despite her having no physical signs I watch her like a hawk. However, at this store I feel comfortable enough to go into the dressing room while she stays up front and chatts with the sales ladies. They are amazing.
I also give Fabletics 5 stars because I love the product. I can wear them everywhere and feel comfortable. With some of my outfits I can even put on a blazer jewelry and give a killer presentation. Even at the age of 53 I wear your product because I can be stylish but still classy and not look like I am trying to fit in with the younger crowd. I tend to travel a great deal because my son plays in the NFL for the Chicago Bears so I frequently visit the store to get my travel outfits. I am also a speaker and coach for women who specializes in helping "Make It Happen Women" increase their self-care and self-love. I have thought about posting my Fabletic workout and travel outfits and tagging you in the post. I believe in speaking up when I don't like something. I also believe in speaking up when I do, thus the detailed review.

I recently bought the navy joggers. Nice fabric; not too heavy and a trim leg. Very stretch and comfortable and they dont bag out at the knees. I noticed after washing in cold water and hanging to dry, they seem a little bit shorter. Still find them really nice.

I exchanged a product for another size. The original product was received back to Fabletics and I never received my new item. Now you have my money AND the product! Will never shop there again.

I've shopped from Fabletics 3 different times now and I must say I am in absolute shock on how much I love and adore these products. I am in complete awe over their products and overall site. At first my order was supposed to arrive 3 days after I ordered according to you guys, then it turned into 9 days, and now it doesn't even have an arrival date. It also hasn't updated the packages status in about 4 days. I just want to know where my package is and when the estimated time it will arrive is. My package could have been stolen or destroyed for all I know. This was a very bad experience and I am extremely dissatisfied.

Valley fair San Jose rude staff. Went to return something and they treated us like shoplifters.

I had an issue with a fabletics package and had to contact customer service. Spoke to someone in the Philippines. I couldn't understand him at all. I prefer to deal with Americans.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
