I got the membership because the pants fit my daughter, but the first time i went to redeem my points, i was told the only items i could buy. I couldn't pick the colors i wanted because they tell you how they want to match. The top doesnt fit neither my daughter or me but I had to buy one ( that is sitting in my drawer) because i cant get 2 pants.
Wish there was a bit mor variety. Love the product

I've enjoyed Fabletics since 2015 and think all of the clothes are great, I'm wearing them as I type this. My reason for membership cancelation is the VIP plan billing change. In the past, it made sense to purchase an outfit, skip the month, or be billed past the 5 day period. The plan change, bills accounts regardless of purchase, forcing a skip each month. This feels deceptive and I've forgotten to skip twice when purchasing. The extra skip feels like a money grab disguised as a "future savings opportunity". I would continue membership if the structure changed.

NOT a fan of being charged a monthly fee to be a customer. What on earth. The print was VERYsmall on that one. The really good deal on shorts that circulated on social media turned into the most expensive shorts I've ever purchased.

To start off I want to say the actual clothing and products themselves aren't bad. I do enjoy wearing the activewear and accessories but…the shipping and overall experience of Fabletics is horrible. To start off the app is very buggy, takes forever to load, and is not very user friendly. Then when an order is finally able to be processed using the difficult app the shipping experience is even worse. All orders are usually shipped in different shipments, then tracking is garbage, shipping times are trash, and you honestly never know when you should receive your order…could be 3-5 days, could be 6-9, could be over a week and a half you just never know.
Fabletics products are 4 stars, everything else about Fabletics is 2-3 starts. The company needs improvement.

I received my items on time. When I made the purchase I believe the estimate was about 2-3 weeks for processing but it came sooner. I like the have a more accurate delivery time so I can make sure I'm not out of town and available to pick the item up off my porch. I was happy it came sooner but would have appreciated a more accurate time frame.

I purchased two pair of pants based on the sale come-on of 2 for $24 each. I expected two pairs of casual pants that I could wear daily. Unfortunately, the pants were flimsy with no structure. There were seams around the knees that were not only uncomfortable but unnecessary. I called fablethics the next day for returns and they were very accommodating - a return label was emailed within an hour and a refund promised in a few weeks. I also dropped out of the program because the monthly charge is ridiculous.

Ive had multiple deliveries run late. I have also been unable to purchase an item with a monthly credit because somehow it didn't qualify

I originally saw fabletics advertised through its partnership with the UTR website, so I assumed it was an organised company ready to ship to Australia at least, if not internationally.
Sadly, it was not to be.
After looking at the website and the products offered I was quite impressed. There was a great range of apparel suited to tennis and all at very good prices. However, it was all an illusion.
I tried to check the website to see if products could be shipped to Australia, unfortunately I could not find that information but when I placed an order it was possible to enter an Australian shipping address without it being prevented. So I ordered a few things and tried to pay. This was the first hurdle. The payment method was not accepted and there was mo explanation as to why.
After leaving it for a few days, I came back to the website, ordered a few things and paid for them. This time it worked... despite nothing being different from my end to the previous occasion. After once again ordering and paying for quite a few items I was happy to see the payment received message and eagerly awaited my delivery. Alas, it was not to be. I received an email a few days later from fabletics informing me an item I had ordered wasn't available. However, after reading the email, it wasn't only one item, it was every item I had ordered!
It really seems like fabletics is not quite ready ti do business internationally.

I have purchased before with no problem. I wore the pants once and then after washing there was multiy holes in the crotchjust after one use. Unable to return due to tags being off the product.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
