I purchased a legging and sports bra set with a member credit. When they came I was excited the leggings fit perfect but the sports bra was too large. I wanted to exchange it for the correct size but they were out of stock in that color and I wasn't able to exchange the color AND size. So I just planned returned the bra only and keep the leggings. However, they only credited me $2 for returning the bra… so I can't even buy the bra when it does become in stock… $2?! For real?
I've been a I've been a customer since 2016. I still have the original styles that 1st came out. I like the fact that I can skip a month, I have more than enough time to return items, I can return for store credit, and they feature celebrity styles and attire. The only negative that I've I miss the tops vs the emphasis on all support bras and I recently returned a couple outfits and they were lost or something and didn't get the credit for those. I love the versatile leggings and updated styles. I would like to have the option of same or matching color tops with all leggings. Other than that, I'm a happy customer and have recommended Fabletics to a lot of people!

Rise in monthly price along with shipping surcharge make Fabletics a bad value. Had a return of the monthly VIP and instead of reinstating my VIP credit they gave me a regular store credit. I was informed if I would have called in my return it could have been refunded as the VIP credit but since I did it online like the website instructs it was too late.
This last order was to use up the credit and cancel my membership. The short material is way too hot for shorts but I'll just donate them so not to have to interact with Fabletics again and can cancel my membership.

Fabletics is great! I enjoy shopping online with them. I like that there ate pictures of REAL WOMEN! Me being 6ft tall and over 200 lbs…. I like to know whats going to fit and look great on my body type and not just a size 2!
Im a very active person. I do a lot of gardening, dog walking, and woodwork/building. Having comfortable clothing is a must for me! So far everything has fit to my size and the different colors available are nice to have.
Keep up the great work! Especially working with Lizzo! What a great way to express body positivity.

I am a bigger guy not out of shape just bigger. I have purchase a few shorts all xxl and some fit and others do not. The size difference for the same size is extreme. I really do enjoy the quality of the shorts. I wish there were more size options like xxxl.

We love the items we have purchased (quality fabric and design) but more often than not the things we want are out of stock. Also, the mens shorts are the greatest, but -again- are hard to find in stock.

Professional and decided to quit fabletics as their ads are now showing women with, not only obesity, but morbid obesity as healthy. To boot, they had some women in outfits with their buttcheeks completely exposed. Misrepresentation of health and totally offensive. Im behind different body shapes but you guys have gotten irresponsible and ridiculous about it. Get some

I love Fabletics! They're the only clothing brand that really had clothes that properly fit to my body and all other body types. My dream has been to sponsor Fabletics, I own SO much of their products I can't speak highly enough of how much I love them!

They look great. I know you have a sizing chart, but XL has never been a 12-14. Way to make your customers feel bad about themselves. I'm disappointed that your sizes run WAAAAY TOO SMALL.

I actually waited a long time to place my first order because my size was never in stock. When I got pregnant I really needed some leggings and decided to give it a try since at least (at that time) my size was in stock. Well I ordered and they were too big. I wanted to exchange but out of stock again. This is not a fabletics only problem, other companies have the same issue, but if I'm paying a monthly sub I expect what I want to be available when I want.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
