When Fabletics blasted out that their famous "Power Hold" tights were back, I immediately tried to order some in my size. Not only were they out of my size in the color I selected, but they only had 1 or two of the least favorite colors left.
I've also had difficulty in their retail locations finding sizes or styles in stock.
I have multiple months expense my "bank" but can find nothing that I like to spend it on. Not everyone wants to dress like some of the celebrities they choose to rep their products. Take a page from Lululemon's play book and make styles that the majority of women would wear, no matter their size, shape or color.
Was informed package was delivered. Never received package. Company would not address issue upon contacting... Furthermore, products lack the quality. These are Walmart clothes with a huge price tag. Also, the company has very poor customer service, and extremely BAD shipping practices. I see this company going out of business very soon...

It just seemed like every purchase started at $54.95 plus tax, then the item might be at a higher price so you would end up with a hefty bill at the end. Also, you have to pay for import because, like any other garment, it comes from China, but at Target or Lululemon alike there is no import charge. Some items seemed to be worth it but some are not and that is the same for TJmaxx or Marshall's at a lower price and with the option of buying more items. I felt obligated to either skip or purchase an item every single month and $55 was always the minimum. After canceling the pressure went away. If you want something nice, go try it and buy it, if you want something to chill around the house, go try it and buy it, you will actually save time, money, and look fabulous. If you want to struggle with commitment and worry if fabletics might work month after month then here you go, give it a go and you decide. Please wash gently in cold water and air dry your favorite pieces no matter where you buy them.

Over priced. Not enough options. Especially for shirts and bras. Not everyone wants to wear a crop top. The pocket on the back of a legging is useless. You need more options for external side pockets.

Fabletics sent me the wrong item twice in a row and took over a month of my time. Then when I needed to return it, could not refund the amount to my credit card saying that it was an in store credit. It was in store credit because I had to exchange the original item IN STORE because I thought that would be quicker than an online exchange. In the end they wanted me to wait until I got the in store credit, and then request a check so I could have the amount on my card. Absolutely ridiculous as this was all on Fabletics, I was not returning it because I didn't like it. I was returning it because it was not the item that I ordered. In the end I kept the item simply because I didn't want to go through all of the hassle that they wanted me to with it being their fault. I canceled my Fabletics account right then, the person canceling asked me 3 times if I wanted to cancel. This is hekkling your customers, if someone states they want to cancel especially after dealing with an issue, it should be done immediately.

I have had issues with trying to remember to skip or not skip each month and it becomes more of a burden. The products have not fit me properly or they snagged and did not hold up well. I was issued credits but never received them. I think that they went to my old address and they never forwarded to me. This issue was not resolved in a timely matter and now I just don't want to be a part of fable tics and will be canceling my membership.

I love fabletics and all the clothing is high quality and comfortable but they never have correct sizes in stock, I'm not sure if that's a sales tactic to make you want it more or what but usually just makes me want to give up and cancel.

I love all your products, seriously. One issue I have is with the big, long tags you put in all your products. They come off easily enough, but then the size is nowhere to be found. Especially on the sports bras. Maybe find a way to print that essential information somewhere ON the product so I know after I rip that roll of paper off. Just brand and size. That's it.

I have been looking for good sports bras for running. The sizing chart is spot on and their high impact bras are fantastic.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
