Online will show me many options saying it is showing all the items in my size, but that's only true ~65% of the time. The rest of the time the item is actually NOT available in my size. Why save and sort by sizes if the system cannot show what is actual in stock?
I didn't realize I was being signed up for a recurring fee that I will have to phone the company to cancel. If it was easy to cancel on the website I wouldn't be frustrated by it but I don't like it when companies make it hard for you not to be subscribed to them.

The experience was just awesome! I had to process and return from an online order & it was so easy. The salesperson let me know that the item isn't carried in store but she would gladly be willing to have it ordered online if I needed another size. The sales team on the floor were so helpful making sure if there was any sizes we needed to let them know and they would check in back for us. We also tried stuff on. The changing rooms were clean and the virtual experience is unlike anything that competitors have. The lady in the fitting rooms was very helpful and helped explain the screens to those that didn't understand what they could be used for. LOVE the mens clothing. In general the staff was so excited and engaging. The store was full. We spent way too much $$. Thanks for coming to Omaha.

I love Fabletics, but I find it annoying that they charge $50 to your card every month if you don't call them and cancel.

I have been really disappointed with the quality of the clothing. Most things that I have received, especially the pants have gotten holes in them and the threading is coming undone. I expect this from target clothes, but not from clothes that cost $30-50 per item.

Fabletics has always provided a great experience for me. The staff is always super friendly and treat me like I am one of their best friends. I honestly love going into the stores for that reason alone. And the clothes are super cute and a great price. I also love that they are always coming out with new styles so I am never bored with what they have. Their return policy is also great. I feel like if I end up not liking something I order online, I can always return it super easy.

It is very frustrating when I get an email showing all the new stuff there is. But some of the items aren't even an option. I also find that the sizes are very limited and sell out fast. I am not a fan that I already pay a 49$ member fee and when I use my credits I have to pay an additional fee. I feel the items are over priced at that point. I would love to see more pattern options in the near future.

First order when prices are at all time low fabletics was conveniently out of everything that my son wanted. He found "substitutes". First item that arrived 2 weeks after ordering had a hole in it. Had to repackage and take to post office which took another week since gas prices are $4.20 a gallon I wasn't making a special trip. Canceled membership immediately. From start to finish it was a headache.

I placed an order, and immediately after I realized I had purchased the wrong color. I tried to contact customer service and could not get ahold of anyone. I emailed the email address given, and I tried the live chat three times but each time I wrote something, it told me someone was there to answer, and then after about 20 minutes it just ended the chat. Now I have the wrong color pants and I have to go through the hassle of returning them. I love Fabletics clothing but this was just poor customer service.

Stuff is pretty good looking, but a little loose fitting. All shorts need strings, since elastic isn't that strong. Delivery has consistently been longer than expected. Prices are fair when it is on sale.

Although fabletics has great products, the shipping has been taking longer and longer to be delivered and once delivered I am either missing items or the wrong item is sent. This in itself is frustrating and will cause them to lose my trust and business. The customer service has also been lacking as well lately. It's sad because I used to love my interaction with them:

I love the clothes, however the lack of sizing is limiting. Had to lose weight to fit into M pants, otherwise a L didn't look right. Actual waist inches x length inches would be much better.
Shipping is awful. After ordering, I'm always given a reasonable arrival date. The order never arrives by that date, and no new date is given. Just eventually shows up. And that day of arrival is usually so much later, that the new credit date is only a week away. Why would I pay for another credit if I JUST got new clothes? Amazon = 3 days, Fabletics = 3 weeks

While I think the leggings are good quality, the value for the subscription price just isn't there. Finding an outfit I actually want is difficult and generally when I do find one it is sold out before I can get it. I have not had good experiences with their jogging bras, they seem fine at first but become so uncomfortable throughout the day. The icing on top is the tax they charge when you finally get to use your membership points. In my opinion tax should be included when you are charged for the membership, not an added cost when you use it.
Overall just a lackluster experience.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
