Sizes were disappointing. The subscription program is disingenuous at best. The "non member" prices are ridiculous. Quality of garment is very good.
I ordered the shorts and after I completed the order it said expect 5-8 business days for delivery I thought that was weird. It did take about 5-8 business days to arrive. I am disappointed that for the cost of the fabletics clothing the company could find a way to get the expensive clothes to the consumer quicker
I can purchase fabletics clothing off of eBay and get delivery in 3 days. I will do that for my future purchases

Ordered 2 tops and 2 bottoms of the sporty Swim collection. They are matching so I can wear either top with either bottom. I love that. Great fit and will stay put when I'm surfing. Super happy with this swim line.

The clothes I like are never available in the sizes I need, every style is crop (some people like their abdomen to be covered) and only one or two items I've received have fit well. Customer service is somewhat lacking as well.

The membership policy is a little deceiving. I agreed to join something that would cost me money every month without really realizing it. Also the processing/shipping time was pretty ridiculous. I made 2 other orders from different companies after placing the order for my shorts and received both packages days before my shorts came in

Got 2 shorts with liners and used them on 2 different long distance runs. One was 50km and the other was 60km. Absolutely fantastic feel! All the sweat evaporated pretty fast. No chafing anywhere and very comfortable thru the run. Highly recommend.

Have tried to order multiple items over the past year. Continually frustrated that the only items that I like seem to be available in XS or XL- not much in between. This applies to sale items and newly released. Have settled for items due to un-availability of what I really wanted but am usually disappointed with color/style combo or quality of product. Sad to see the quality of this company going downhill. It used to be good.

Hard to find anything in a color I want. Had to use my points that accrued with auto billing. Nice quality nonetheless but not worth it to me.

These shorts were amazing! They didn't ride up on my legs or my butt, made me feel confident and super comfy. The sports bra stayed in place and kept everything in place. I'm gonna have to order more of these!

What can I say to purchase a pair of sneakers, for only S&P. I was a little skeptical, bec I've got ncreased my walking regimen, bec my feet were beginning to ache, and I needed another pair of walkers, to alternate. I partially, broke them in at the Park, on Memorial Day, not a lot of walking but enough to think…."not half bad". I'll really see on my next 2-3mi walk this week. The only feature, I'm not fond of is the tongue, it's flimsy, but that's not a huge problem. Just will take some getting use to it.

I never received my items. I needed them in time for my planned vacation and the items were listed as delivered, but of course they weren't delivered. CS said they can reship the items for free, but I won't receive it in time for my trip. I asked if I receive the 2nd shipment, would I be able to return for a refund since I'll no longer need the items. They said no, only for a credit. I didn't want a credit bc I only reactivated my account to purchase those items for my planned trip. I don't plan on making any future purchases with them, so that's why a refund was needed. At the end, they told me to dispute the charges with my bank! Are you kidding me?!
I missed out on having the items for my trip to do a photoshoot and now my bank decides on my financial fate that they could've resolved. Terrible policies.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
