I love the Fabletics line! The leggings and capris are my favorite and I like not having to keep pulling them up all day.
My order was cancelled without my input because of a change in address and I was only able to replace my order after 2 - 4 days. I was not even contacted to inform me that I could replace the order and your support staff were robotic in their response an would not help me expedite my order by contacting the department that cancelled by order. My order was time dependent.
The experience was very disappointing and I will not replace the order as result.

I liked the shorts but had to send them back because they were too small, then never received the new ones. Called and the representative said they would be here tomorrow… 3 days later nothing.

Power hold are the best leggings! I love the fit, how it hugs and holds my curves. Squat proof and the high waist holds the tummy in!

Fabletics is great!
The leggings. Not so much. They said soft grey, they looked real white. They were very thin and not flattering whatsoever. I expected them to be thicker

The whole order process is amazing. Not only do they have an awesome product, they have amazing customer service. I had to send back a pair of shorts that were too big. I contacted customer service and I had the new pair within a week after I sent the old shorts back. So far, I'm having an awesome experience.

If you do not remember every month to skip the month and then click again to make sure you want to skip it they charge your credit card. Even if you make a purchase you still have to skip the month even though you've just made a purchase from their selections for the month. So you make a purchase and they still charge you a member credit unless you jump through these hoops. This is such a scam and so not worth it! I'll stick with Athleta!

I seriously love Fabletics, and recommend it to people all the time! There are only a couple things that i'd like to see improve: 1) bras and 2) the website/app.
1) As a woman who is a bit "gifted" in the chest the sports bras are always so hit or miss. Low and medium impact sports bras are usually great, but its like their attempt at making a sports bra "high impact" just includes making the straps tighter. That is not helpful, now my chest is bouncing around just as much as before but at the same time the straps are so tight that I can't breathe during my workouts. Would love to see more high impact sports bras that are made with curvier (not just plus sized, but curvy too) women in mind.
2) The website/app. I love the set up, but it constantly seems to be lagging as if it is dial-up and needs a few minutes to process every request no matter what phone/computer I am using. Also, we used to be able to see the clothes on different sized models and in recent months that has seemed to go away. Any chance we can get that back? It's SOOO helpful to see clothes on people who are not size XS.
Otherwise, I absolutely love the brand and clothes, 90% of my athletic wardrobe is from Fabletics and i'm generally really happy with it. I would love to see more 3" inseam shorts and dresses/skirts with built in shorts/bras, i'm obsessed with my new tennis skirt!

I can no longer support a company that is pushing their agendas on me. The products are wonderful but I would go as far as buying subpar products to avoid political views being forced on me.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
