I ordered $70 worth of products from a Fabletics retail location to be delivered to my home but Lasership delivered it to the wrong house. I attempted to chat with Fabletics online help, but because I purchased it in a Fabletics retail store, they refused to help. The retail store refunded my order to store credit, then used that store credit to resend my order... which of course was also delivered to the wrong house (this was verified by the photo Lasership provided). Both orders are missing and I told Fabletics to just refund me and I'll go somewhere else, but they REFUSED to refund my card, citing "Lasership said it was delivered." I am furious that Fabletics refused to do the right thing, which is take responsibility for their disorganization and cheap shipping company. Thankfully, the store manager was so upset with what happened, she FedEx'd me overnight $70 cash so I didn't have to submit a credit card dispute. Fabletics: streamline your online and retail locations and look up some Lasership reviews because I am not the only one this happens to. Your products are not worth the hassle, and anyone who asks me will hear this story.

I recently found that they were charging me for credit even the month I shopped, which it should be only charged if you didn't order between the 1st to 5th of each month. At least, that is what I have agreed to for years. So I contacted them and got an answer like this --- they changed their policy by sending out marketing emails and counting them as "informed" enough. And they also updated their "how it works" page. So they sneakily charged everyone an extra credit every month when you think it was still "shop or skip"!
This is a fraud! I'm reporting this company and spreading the word in every way I can. And NO! They will never get my money ever again!

If you aren't on the monthly purchase program, the merchandise is too pricey for what it is. It is made in China. The cost should be less. It is the same quality of what you could buy at Target- also made in China. Additionally, the actual store in my area doesn't carry a quarter of the merchandise they offer. I placed an order at the store. It took more than a week and a half to arrive. Their distribution center and shipping are slow. The purchased item did fit well.

They continued to charge me after I kept closing my account, I would have a credit but in order to use it I had to activate my account, and if you dont close it out they continue to charge you. I had to talk to customer service every time to close out my account, suspending the account or skipping doesnt close the account

I have had a wonderful experience with Fabletics from the beginning. It is so easy to skip when you wanted and there are always a variety of outfits and styles to fit different tastes and budgets. I especially like the member credits that they started using more recently.

I do like the clothes, but the service is not so great. It's been months and I'm still waiting on one of my orders, but I was already charged for it. I also had a return an item that I wanted replaced with a smaller size and we just couldn't seem to get it completed either on line or with a live person on the phone. The result was me sending back the item and not getting a replacement or a refund.

I have a cancellation reminder to help me skip the months I don't want to purchase anything. That day I logged on and it was not functioning correctly. I was not able to skip it, and thus had a member credit. Purchase is fine. Frustrated I had to make it in the first place.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
