It was a cluster to get my order. Ordered a legging and bra set. Received 2 bras one was the wrong size and the other had a HUGE hole. Called customer service and they said they wouldn't ship a new one until they received the old one and made me send pictures for proof. All in all I got everything but it took a 1.5 months from time of order

Basically the clothes fits like kids clothing on an adult body. They are almost designed to make your self esteem I go down. I work out and look pretty good without a shirt on. These clothes did a great job showing every possible slab I have. When I went to return them I had to deal with terrible customer service. After about 45 minutes of a person telling me they couldn't help I asked for the supervisor like a total Karen and within three minutes the supervisor pushed my order through and I was able to get my clothing back. The result was just as bad in the "correct" Size. So I only ended up keeping one item of clothing that I purchased. The pants. Hard to $#*!ed up pants. Even still the waist is a little high. I guess I'll never be LA fans.

So far everything has been great however I find each month or every other month one pattern gets launched or one feature peice and it's sold out or was only available in the US. There needs to be more stock offered in the patterns the leggings last month in the feature pattern sold out like as soon as I got my new month email and it was disappointing. There was a sweater Kate Hudson was featured in and I don't think it was even posted on the Canadian sites.

I purchased a gift for my husband. The shorts were too big. I tried getting smaller sizes. The same size was sent to me. Which took forever. Now I'm trying to return them and it says I won't receive any money back. I'm very frustrated

Their leggings are awesome, great fit et comfy. I use them for the gym and daily and I love them. Just a shame sizes are not always available and matching tops neither. Would love to promote the brand one day!

Excellent value, disappointing selection. I wish there were more color and style options, as well as greater availability in each size. I feel like most things on the site are very basic and it's kind of a letdown. I received the subscription as a gift, but I will not be renewing it for myself.

My return took FOREVER for your company to process then because my credit card was stolen, I had to add a new card to my account (same credit card just different numbers) your company couldn't give me a refund to my card, which is stupid. So you had to send me a check and it will take 4-6 weeks, which is absurd. I used to love your company and your clothes but I will NEVER buy from this company again after my experience. You will never get a dime from me and I will be (already have) telling everyone I know.

The quality of the items degrades very quickly, within 4 or 5 washes. The app is also very bad, slow. Won't load. It takes too much time to shop on it.

I basically wear fabletics every day. It my main clothing store. They have clothes for almost all occasions from work, to of course work out, to party, and sleep. The staff at my home store are the best too. I can't wait to see another location when i go on vacation. I love fabletics!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
