I tried to buy a pair of exercise shorts because there was supposed to be a two for one deal. I don't know if I misread the fine print but along the process I ended up being signed up for a $60 membership subscription. When I saw that I was billed I was very upset and immediately canceled. Some weeks later I got the order and they didn't even send me the free pair of pants I just got the one pair I ordered. This place is a scam don't buy from here.
Fabletics is my go to for all activewear. I fell in love with my first pair of lined fundamental shorts. My entire sports clothes closet is almost exclusively Fabletics now.

First, the website is very frustrating. Links never seem to work. Then, when I do a chat, the service is good, but the result is me asking for another chat because the webiste still did not work (resetting my password). I also do like that my member credit cannot be applied to a sales item. If an item is on sale, I cannot get that sale price IF I use my member credit. THAT is a complete scam!

The long pants I bought him were very tight he usually wears a size 36 but I should have gotten a 38.

Saw the sale add on TV. Great offer! I thought the Co. Only made women's workout gear. I couldn't get the two for one offer for men's shorts because they only had one in stock. They promptly refunded half of my payment. To receive free shipping I agreed to receiving promotional emails and texts. The shorts are great I was traveling and busy that month and the next. Come to find out my credit card has been billed $54.99 for those months. I called the company. "You have been billed as a part of your Plus membership." I told the gentlemen I wasn't familiar with this agreement. "When you signed as a Plus member you are billed each month $54.99 in order to have an opportunity to buy up the $80 in product for $54.99. You have to waive the charge the first five days of each month to avoid the charge. The details are in the fine print" (his exact wording). I had no idea that I had agreed to any such contract. Needless to say I immediately cancelled my Plus membership. This seems a spurious practice. I wound up with one pair of shorts on sale and an additional charge for $109.08. It's almost, though not technically, a pyramid scheme. Needless to say, I will not be recommending Fabletics - because of the MANNER in which they do business. Their product, in itself, is quality.

I've been a Fabletics member for a few years now and the quality of the clothes don't disappoint. I buy for relaxing at home as well as working out. Recently, an order got lost (never delivered) and Fabletics helped me out get it.

Placed two orders, both canceled even though I was charged and it took 2 weeks to get my money back. Completely ruined my experience never ordering fabletics.

My last order was quite late took over a month to be delivered and never made it to me prior to a month long trip I was going on before placing the order. Meanwhile Fabletics is never late to withdrawn the monthly due. Quite disappointing. I will be canceling my subscription.

I love most of the items I purchased, although I luckily have bought from Fabletics before, so hadan idea of what to expect with sizing, materials, etc. It was sort of a bummer that I couldn't return one of the pieces that didn't work out. It would have been more of a headache than just keeping the item.

As a web designer - I find the Fabletics site experience poor.
I find it difficult to find what I'm looking for.
I strongly dislike that I can't change the number of items I would like to order multiples of in the shopping cart.
It took me a long time to figure out how to skip a month.
The import tax is super annoying. That price should be built into the cost of the product.
There hasn't been a single cute shirt on the site since I began my membership.
Last year the supply issue of full length leggings was awful.

It would be rated higher but you can't cancel the VIP which is annoying. That should be changed because I don't like $53 being charged to my account every month and having to remember to cancel it the first of the month.

I loved the product that I bought from Fabletics and it is some of the best shorts I have I tried to get the deal of the 2 for 24 but they only sent me one pair, which I was okay with but then realized that they charged me for a background subscription to their VIP platform that I didn't know there was a 54 dollar charge for their VIP platform and that was not money I wanted to spend. I had to call their customer support line and convince the rep that I needed the refund as it wasn't enough to be confused. In the end, I love the product after using it for 3 months but hate that I only got one and that it was a subscription-based system.

Some of the product is good quality but a few of the leggings gained runs in the material soon after purchase. I hate that I have to "skip" every month or risk being charged for a "credit".

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
