Ever since I joined Fabletics I have loved everything I've ordered. From their sweatpants to their golf polos. Everything is fantastic quality and extremely comfortable. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is Because of their shipping delays. My orders have always been delayed by a week +, and sometimes take 3 weeks to arrive. I understand the world we live in now, but I wish they wouldn't give me an expected delivery date so soon knowing it will be at least another week before it gets to me.
Love the clothes, and the site. I just wish there were more color and style options for the shorts and shirts.

This brand has gone downhill since they first came out. Styles are unflattering and they completely missed the mark with women over 50. They used to have styles for all ages. That is no longer the case.

I loved the discount that I got with my first order - I was able to get a great deal. The monthly deals... eh. I almost always skip the month, and will cancel soon, probably. My oldest stuff is about 7 months old and starting to pill at the seams and get loose threads. I've gotten several items that needed to be returned because they were just really bad quality.
I don't like that I am not able to choose any top & bottom for my credit of $60, and the outfits selected for me are often priced near to $60... therefore, I'm not saving ANYTHING. If I want a specific item, it's almost always priced less than my credit. Why would I give you $60 and then let you send me something priced at $40? That's asinine.

The fabric is not what I thought it would be. It's too silky and uncomfortable to me. When they arrived (I bought two pair), I didn't even try them on; I looked at them, put one leg in the pants, and I took it off and hid them in the closet. I haven't wore them yet. My first thought was to give them away. I'm glad you sent me this review.

I generally like the items that I order but have had three pair get holes after 1-2 wears/washes in the crotch area. Plus the little F logos immediately begin partially peeling off after 1-2 washes. Also the bras are a little ill-fitting - too tight around rib cage but too loose in the strap/neckline area.

The website is slow to update available colors when you select an item. Also, it is frustrating that the same item is shown in separate listings but in different colors. I always feel like items are hidden so I spend way too much time when shopping the site trying to make informed choices. My time is limited and precious.

I had a bodysuit that bled onto my brand-new bedspread as I was laying it out to dry, and the dye was not able to be fully washed out. I love the bodysuit, but disappointed that the only option was to return the bodysuit when I now have an $80 bedspread ruined.

Returns are easy and customer service is good. The cancelation process isnt so easy and i was at the lake with no service so couldnt cancel my aug subscription and was charged. I have an account and my daughter has an account and we both were charged I wish it was easier to cancel.

I love the products and the ease of use, I bought 3 products and cancelled because I am leaving the country and to be honest I don't shop much and keep to a minimalist wardrobe. Cancelling was very easy! I would recommend fabletics to anyone.

From ordering to receiving to wearing I have had a great experience. I get a great diversity in options styles etc. I get comments on my outfits at the yoga studio and often have to share where I got them from.

I had contacted a rep to check on the status of my order. Fabletics website told me that it had been shipped and in transit but shipping company explained that they haven't been able to pick it up from Fabletics warehouse yet since its not ready. Rep told me to call shipping company to file a claim, so I do so and shipping company explained that they work directly with Fabletics and not customers. The Rep did not provide me with correct information. So, I went back to the same Rep and asked her what the status was. Then she immediately tells me actually it just got shipped. So, I ask her for confirmation to which she responded, actually it will ship in a couple days.
There was SO MUCH back and forth with this representative LYING to me. I gave her a 1 start and her management reached out. I explained the entire situation to me and management was no help. They blamed the confusion on me? How is it my fault that your employee is lying to me. I gave you my money for an order, I am giving you my business and you decide to be rude to me? I AM NEVER SPENDING MONEY AT FABLETICS AGAIN. Terrible terrible terrible customer service and just the worst attitude towards customers.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
