Whenever I see an ad on IG, I click on it and cannot escape the VIP member sign up. It is so damn frustrating that I just close your site. You have created a barrier to entry by ruining the browsing experience. Whoever designed it this way should be strangled by a pair of the Fundamental pants (that are not available, see below).
I understand the ads are a CTA and you want people to sign up but if you really believed in your brand, stop broadcasting that the value is in the discount and not the actual product. Think Lulu does that?
Literally, I stopped clicking on your ads for this simple reason. Yes, I am aware of an app but I don't want to download as your mobile experience should be easier.
Second, you barely have have any inventory available or worse, "sorry, 32" inseam is only available online and not in stores…". WTH is the value of having a store nearby when you can't get anything.
Finally, your product is decent but only at a discounted price point. Meaning, owning both your product and Lulu, the Lulu product material feels (as well as the brand positioning) higher end / more luxurious. If offered your product at a comparable price, for me, your brand would not win. However, for $25/short vs 2 for $24 VIP, I would buy those all day and purchase more on a regular basis.

The leggings that I got were fine but seemed to stretch out easily, even when I tried a smaller size. I'm not a fan of the "pay monthly unless you skip on these 3 specific days of the month" set-up because I forgot to skip regularly. That's just a personal preference, but that was what made me ultimately cancel my subscription.

I got the 3 pies of underwear for 15 dollars but when you sign up it doesn't make it clear that you sign up for the vip membership and then charges you almost 60 dollars a month. Do NOT sign up not worth it at all.

The quality of their products is good, but the 6-14 day shipping is too long. I would shop here more often if the items arrived faster without having to pay a higher shipping rate.

The leggings do not fit well. They are tight in the legs and loose in the waist, they begin to fall off during workout.

Love the shorts with liners and the t's. Initially ordered a bunch of different colors of each but now the newer designs do not appeal as much to me.

The good: the clothes are comfortable, and when on sale are worth the price for the quality. Shipping updates and notifications come quick and often as they should. The bad: service is meh. They seem to auto enroll you into their Fabletics monthly club with little notice. When trying to make an exchange for pants, they sent the right length, but the waist size was still wrong.

I forgot to cancel my monthly charge for a credit in time and I reached out. They would not refund the charges so I canceled and will not be buying from them again. They lost hundreds of dollars I would've spent over the years for a $49 dollar charge!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
