When my order seemed to be stuck on hold at the warehouse, I called customer service and was told that the package had already shipped (it clearly had not - there was no tracking information). I asked for her supervisor, who then told me that it indeed had not shipped and was either not picked yet (because they were still backlogged from the Labor Day sale (really?) or that it had not been picked up yet by the carrier because they were backlogged too (really?). I asked for his supervisor - who was supposed to call me within 24 hours, but obviously that never happened. Miraculously - my order was packed and shipped the next day and I received it the day after that. Fabletics - get your act together and get some better customer service people overseas.
You charge almost 60$ a month and later tell that u can use 1 member credit only for 1 item when you have a sale throughout you website and almost everything cost 20$. That was the worst subscription I ever had.

Both orders I have done with fabletics went awry. With the first order the carrier returned my package even though the address was correct, but fabletics customer service worked with me to have it reshipped. Fine, that was the delivery service, I'll give them another chance. Now, after placing my second order, I wondered what was taking so long only to find out they sent it to a completely wrong address. I called customer service again to see how they can make it right, and all I got was a half sincere apology and stonewalling of the delivery has to be returned before they can help me. HOW CAN I RETURN IT IF IM NOT GETTING IT? Worst of all, their apology came with 20% off my next purchase? Why am I not getting refunded? This is a terrible model and they should be ashamed. I want it to be made right.

The product is just okay. The kicker is that if you don't carefully read the fine print, you get hit with a $50+ subscription fee charge the next month. It's 100% shady and Fabletics knows this. Before processing the transaction, they need to clearly state that consumers must cancel the membership if they don't want to get billed. It's wrong what they do, on so many levels.

The site is a mess. You try to add something to your cart and it either clicks on the image or redirects you to a new page. The app is even worse. There are different prices on the website and app. It has such a delay response that it isn't efficient for shopping. My biggest issue is the sizing. I am all 3 sizes in tops with this brand. I'm a small/medium in my other clothes but this one I have to buy and see which fit best from tanks, polos and tees. The shorts are my favorite but even the inches there is always a gamble. You order a 7" and it's a 9 or at times longer. The customer service has been the only saving grace. They are quick to assist in store or online and try to honor the pricing that you purchased for an even exchange.

I've tried to exchange items to Fabletics and it was nothing but a hassle. I was forced to call their customer service line several times to attempt to make the exchange correct. Even after mutiple calls the wrong size items were sent. Orders take 2 plus weeks to process and ship. It's unacceptable. Not really sure the added value of VIP status.

They just aren't built for my body. I didn't have it on long before it felt as though it was strangling me. I am 6'1" and the straps aren't adjustable - just one of a few problems.

Every single time I have made an order, shipping is delayed. I continued to be treated like a commodity by customer service agents - not like a loyal, high spending customer. It's disgusting and I likely won't be ordering more products.

If you are getting money, let people create as many new accounts as they want. Because guess what if we are only allowed to create 1 new account, thats it. No more orders from us. You literally lost $346 worth of money from me. Be smart!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
