I ordered a few items using member credits. Some didn't fit or look good so I returned them. I still have not received my member credits back and there's been no communication about the process or status I'm of this with me.
I can never really find anything that fits in the right way. Too small in some areas and too large in others. Feels inconsistent. Quality of clothing is also variable.

The clothing I have received from fabletics is exceptional. The shipping and delivery however always seems to be an issue. With expedited shipping being paid for previously but the goods not being received in a timely manner. Currently waiting on an order from a partner shipper named "Pitney Bowes" which seems to be slowing the process down and sending conflicting shipping status reports. The partner site I am taken to to check my order status just doesnt feel legit or secure and idk if I will continue to order if I cannot rely on the shipping.

I ordered 2 leggings and they are amazin! Super confortable and soft! One of the was white and it is not translucent at all!

Website became very expensive and the membership dues just weren't worth it even with skipping the month. Quality of clothes other than leggings were not the best. Not what I was expecting after loving the leggings.

I placed an order during the Labor Day sale that was canceled due to fraud. My sister also has a Fabletics account and so when she placed her order, the system recognized the same address for two different orders and canceled them. When I called customer service, they said it would take 48 hours to fix and that I would miss out on the Labor Day sale. I have been a member for years and placed multiple orders. They should have been able to honor my Labor Day order. They basically told me there was nothing they could do, and I ended up canceling my entire account. I was very disappointed in the service. Friendly recommendation, use card numbers to flag fraud, not addresses. Good thing Amazon doesn't do that, there would be a lot of angry people!

Unfortunately, the products do not live up to all they are made out to be. Not impressed with the quality design for poorly made loose threads throughout all 4 products purchased and way over priced. I have been more successful and purchased better quality leggings for a fraction of the cost at local retailers. Some advice…Spend less money on advertising and put some time and effort into the quality, feel fit and performance of your active wear. To top off what was already dissatisfied impression the company decided to charge my credit card 2 additional times in USA funds with exchange rate fees also charged to my credit card. My time and money I have wasted on this Hollywood hoax products. So dissatisfied. I made sure to tell and show off the poor quality products all my friends.

I can't ever get my size a medium in a tall with pockets.

Fabletics is great and fits my body like a glove. I've tried other athletic wear and it just doesn't fit or is as flattering as Fabletics. I'm a fan for life!

I love the quality of the shorts I bought. I got them during a special sale. When I checked the regular price, I realized I can't afford the regular price. I would buy more if they were cheaper.

Your whole VIP membership is a scam and frankly immoral…NOBODY wants a $50/mo subscription to an athleisure site…and the fact that you sign people up for such a subscription with essentially no notification after they buy something on sale is complete bull$#*!. Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
