Being tricked into extra costs each month is unacceptable. I made an intiial purchase and thought what I was signing up for was a rewards program. It was not they were charging me a monthly fee to receive a discount on products that I was only purchasing once or twice a year.

Was told my item would be held for 7 days, for my returning item to make it back. Took over a month to get back, never got my item that was on hold. Wish it had been sent out once they were notified my package was in transit to be returned.

After following size guidelines, under a promo period, I enrolled in a monthly membership to give it a try. The promo sent me 2 pants for the price of 1. My pants were too big for me, so I decided to take them to the local store to exchange them. At the store they didn't have my size available either, so they told me to order a smaller size online and there would be no problem. On-line, the promo price was not honored and my size was not available. I ended up with a credit in my account that was not even enough for 1 pair of pants, and I couldn't order what I wanted because they didn't have my size. No, I don't have any pants and I am wasting money on a monthly fee.

I liked the glitzy ads, I clicked on what I deemed to be a great deal and a month later realized I was quietly pulled into an expensive subscription program that I would need to reject every month or just cancel. If I could just purchase the same kinds of clothes in an honest, more approachable way there is NO DOUBT I'm a repeat customer. But it's just too difficult to shake off the grease from these transactions. Not good

I purchased some athletic shorts, but am disappointed that the waistband snagged and fell apart during my first wash (even though I followed the instructions on the tag)
Poor quality material is likely to blame. I'll probably get Ten Thousand next time since I've heard they're higher quality

I liked the website and I definitely like the products especially the bras but when I went on the website with my phone it was hard to swipe and see all the different options/photos for things but other than that The products are 10 out of 10

Poor Quality, poor service, and frustrating membership plan. I had to call in to cancel the membership, and was placed on hold for an hour. They told me they would hold my place in line and then call me back when an operator was available. They did not follow up with the promise and waited until the subscription renewed itself. Very dissapointed. Scam. Go buy your shorts when you need them from Lululemon. They are more expensive but superior quality, customer service, and offer discounts to health care employees and first responders.

Sometimes the products are great, and sometimes the quality and fabrics are a bust. I have been a customer since the beginning, and I'll say they have lessened in quality over the years. I've been more disappointed than not, especially when I compare items to some of the original items I would receive.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
