I asked twice to not be a member vip because when I ordered they gave it to me and they still charge me every month even if I asked them to stop you should give a better service because I don't want to order from y'all anymore

Blind shopping

I will no longer try to guess if shoes & bras fit nicely with mail ordering.
I'm a gal who needs try on.
And, Yitty bra material is uncomfortable because too synthetic for my personal taste.

Great Clothes, mediocre website

I love the shorts and polos that Fabletics makes, but dislike the website. The membership program doesn't work for clothes when you just don't need new ones each month. The website is also clearly built for women's clothes and makes it difficult to search and navigate for men's clothes only.

They charged me an extra $50 bc they said i agreed to their monthly payment. Then when i cancelled that. Never recieved my money back and as soon as i cancelled it also took my credit back so they literally stole $50 from me

Just okay

I think member credits are too expensive, and there have been a few times I've forgotten - per my own error - to skip the month. I have a few credits banked to spend on purchase. I think the only way you'd get a bang for your buck in using those credits is if you buy an outfit or a bundle - but in two years, I've only really found one that I wanted to buy.

Unhappy w mailing policy!

I just moved and had 4 packages in 2 different occasions delivered to my old address. Fabletics could not contact shippper to correct problem! The last time I had changed my address! They need to do something about this! Now I am afraid to order from them and considering canceling my membership!

Shorts fit terribly. Unfortunately I had taken off the tags and they won't let you return items unless they're in the same packaging and still have the tags.
