Everytime I call their customer service they give me a different reply but no resolution
You buy a month member credit for $49.95 but then they always have sales that make everything cost less than the $50 so essentially they're locking you into paying full price. If anything goes wrong, which I've had happen several times on their website, good luck, support is completely unhelpful.

I had bought some clothing to test out the quality of the product. When I put the clothes on I suddenly had a burning sensation as if I were allergic but that couldn't be right. I had a plastic measurement and testing system out in my garage for designing locally made items out of plastic. I used this test on the product I had just bought and I found high levels of BPA, it was a very fine dusty substance in the clothes. The distinct smell of the clothes was very similar to burnt plastic.
Do not buy this, in my personal opinion.
The directions to wash the clothes on cold gentle cycle. Which is weird because at hot and heavy duty.
It would ensure that the plastic gets out of the fabric.

3 months ago, I bought some shorts from these people. Had to sign up for VIP. Never received the shorts. Some dude from Somalia told me the account probably never got created and that I would have to reorder the shorts. Decided not to because it seemed like a crappy company. Lone behold, I get charged next month for their $#*!ty VIP membership. I call them up. Still say they can't find my account. They tell me to file a dispute with my bank and my account will automatically be deleted and I'll get my money back. File the dispute. Gets denied. Fabletics now tells me that they will issue me a check but it will take 5 to 7 weeks BECAUSE I FILER A DISPUTE. Wait 7 weeks. Still no check. Call them back and they tell me the check request never got filed BECAUSE I FILED A DISPUTE. Say they have no filed a request for the check but it'll be 4 to 6 weeks! Hahahaha what a $#*!ing joke. Avoid thos $#*! hole of a company like the plague.

Ever since Fabletics joined the rest of the fashion world embracing the high waisted bottoms and tiny crop tops I've lost interest in the brand. The only thing I would still be interested in buying are the regular Pure Luxe leggings that are not ultra high waisted-- but you don't seem to have these anymore. I also think a lot of the new styles and fabrics look too ordinary for the price being charged-- i. E., it's an $80 plain solid colored sweatshirt that was probably made in China. Nothing to see there.

I encounter a website glitch every time I visit the website on my laptop. Either have the pages are unaccessible, or I am waiting forever for a page to finish downloading. I often am not able to skip the month because the site won't allow me to, and then I cant even spend the credit I was forced to keep because half the site doesn't work.

Tried to cancel online and did, yet Fabletics continued to steal money from my account for two months and gave me a run around during my customer service call. I would never begin a subscription with this company!

The quality of items I have purchased from Fabletics is extremely disappointing and misaligned with the pricing. For example, after just one wash, the stitching on both pairs of leggings I have bought in the last 2 months was already coming loose. This is unacceptable for leggings that supposedly retail for >$70. Additionally, the fabric used in socks and tops feels cheap and not breathable.
In addition to poor quality, the sizing of bras is not clear or inclusive and makes it difficult to guage what will fit when shopping online. I went through several disappointing rounds of ordering and sending back bras that did not fit or support my body before deciding that I would not find a bra that would truly fit me from Fabletics.
Finally, the variety and design of clothing, especially in the outfits section of the website, is impractical and binding. I wish there would have been the ability to select desired items for an outfit from a repository of options rather than having to choose pre-selected pairings. This is especially important when you don't have proper sizing available for all products: in my case, my inability to find properly sized bras made many of the outfit options unacceptable for me.

I, like many of my plus size girlies, was super excited to receive the long awaited Yitty wear, especially because the TikToks made it. Look. Good. Lizzo also holds a special place in my heart. So I signed up, knowing and ready for the extra expense it would take to be a VIP in the months to come. The clothes were, to say the least, FAN. TAS. TIC. Period. I was shook. I hurriedly went on my phone and ordered more, unaware that I used a different email (my phone just logs into everything for me) and that this would cost me everything. I got home, too excited, and went to see what else Fabletics had to offer. I have a new job, and am making more money, so I had cash to burn. I saw some athletic-wear that I liked and order it as well. Then the next morning rolled around and I come to find that the order, over $300 bucks btw for a new VIP, was cancelled! To my dismay, they had blocked my account! I went to work sad and checked my account on my phone and tried to contact fabletics through the text. I came to learn of the mistake I made and wanted to correct it, as I really just wanted to buy more clothes from them, I didn't really care about the deals. But the customer rep blocked me too! I started to freak out. I wasn't a bad person, I really did mess up. It consumed my day, until I could steal a chance during lunch to call and see what could be done. The nice lady had a thick accent on the phone, but she was patient with me. She said it went to higher ups and they had it all under control and to call back in 48 hrs if it didn't clear. Guess what? It didn't clear. SO I called again after 50ish hours had passed, I was hung up on after explaining my dilemma, I called one last time and was assured just to wait through the weekend till Tuesday and call then if nothing had happened. And Guess what? Nothing. That's right. I am the perfect customer, I want to hand off my money to them and be on my merry way, looking super stylish. I was ready to be loyal and to go crazy. I really just don't want to keep calling, because I am tired at this point. The clothes are pretty great for plus size, but they kind of suck if you have any issues. SO BE WARNED.

It's ridiculous that you have to do so much math to figure out just how much something costs and whether you're getting the best price for it. The prices on the tags are a joke, trying to trick us into thinking we're getting premium quality. The tag says $74, but you can use a member credit that costs $55, or you can wait for a sale when it's $21, or wait for a different sale when it's 2 for $24. I don't have time for these games. Also, I've tried about a dozen bras and pairs of leggings now, and the sizing is a challenge. Some Small bras cut my boobs in half and nearly require dislocating my shoulder to get out of, but some Medium bras are falling off of me and don't fit snug around my ribcage. The same is true for the leggings--sometimes Medium means Muffin Top, but sometimes Large doesn't stay up, so it's really hard when you're shopping by mail to know how things are going to fit. Some of the bras are unlined--which isn't always noted in the product description--and who wants to show everyone at the gym that detail of their anatomy? Some of the pants are very thin and show every bump, bulge, and underwear line. No gusset in some of the leggings means there's some "below-the-belt cleavage" to worry about. Despite my several purchases, the "My Reviews" portion of the site says I have nothing to review, so I can't share my experience with Fabletics and other customers. I've ended up returning about 75% of what I've bought, and I plan to cancel my membership pretty soon. I've only kept it this long due to recent weight change and needing to restock my workout gear at prices within my budget, but there are options at this price point with fewer headaches.

Awful product, awful customer service. Sent me an email Sept 15 about a refund being processed and had to call October 5th due to no refund to my account. I was told they just processed it on 10/5, only because I called. The product itself is below sub par. I should have known better than to stray from Lululemon who has amazing products and wonderful customer service. Save your money, time and energy on Fabletics.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
