I have SEVERAL pairs of Leggings with a reflective logo on the upper thigh and everyone always thinks I have something on my leg. I bought a pair of Sweats that had a hole in the pocket and getting a new pair was such a hassel and took forever. Customer service is below average. Also, every time I try to talk to customer service I get connected to two people. What is that glitch?

Returned items through Happy Returns. Waited 3 weeks for a refund. Called customer "support" 4 times to be talked in circles and bullied by staff who kept telling me they couldn't process the refund until the items were scanned at the warehouse. On the 4th call they told me to send the items USPS, emailed me a label, and hung up. By the 5th call I informed them their policy was completely illegal and against their own terms of service. After demanding escalation and insisting on speaking with "Back Office" my refund was finally issued. I cancelled my membership on the final call.

I have been a valued VIP member for many many years and my recent order has not arrived. I have not received a shipping tracking number, no confirmation that it was delivered, and when I check my order on fabletics it says "batching" I was told it has been delivered by an agent. I told him it hasn't. It's almost a 200$ order. And he did not help me at all. I have to contact the shipping company. I don't even have a tracking number. I'm a working mom. I don't have time for this. I have never had any issues until now. I have spent countless dollars monthly. You would think they would want to help and honor their valued customers to the best of their ability. And when I tried to ask more questions he ended the chat. So I couldn't. It's rude. I'm a VIP and pay good money. I want my order and it should be yours guys responsibility. Not mine. I didn't lose it. Your system has not notified me that it has been shipped or delivered.

The price seemed to vary from being signed up as a vip or non-vip, it seemed cheaper to purchase being a non-vip member when it comes to purchasing site deals, and also super hard to check out, the fee for vip although you can choose to skip a month is very expensive and hard to redeem. If you click wrong your $90 vip-fee can be down the drain with a $10 purchase.
Overall 8-10 with the clothing great material and nice variety.

Fabletics has awesome advertising, but the merchandise shown is almost never available in the sizes needed. If you find the pants, you can't find the top.
When you do finally order, they don't show up for more than 10 days.
I keep thinking it's me, that I'm not following when new stuff drops, but it seems it would be a priority to show people who are members the good stuff first.
Just talked myself into canceling my membership. I shouldn't need to wait.

While the material is nice, the cuts don't fit me quite right and the styles are really limited for a shorter gal like myself. Having to remember to cancel shipments/fees each month is a pain, and returning things to the store for a measly $10 credit is ridiculous.

Often when I try to order (ex 3 pairs of socks for $12) I say I want one of these. But then I end up with only 1 pair and miss out on the deal. The site needs some help so I can go from cart back to shopping more easily. The frustration prevents me from ordering very often.

I got the 2 leggings for $24 offer when I signed up as a VIP member. Neither pair of leggings fit me right so I had to return them. I expected to be able to access the 2 for $24 deal since I wasn't able to find something that worked initially. Now I can't access that deal and have $24 credit towards any one of their other ridiculously-priced items. Even when things are "60% off," the prices are still outrageous and usually the items on sale aren't even the good ones. I signed up because everyone swore by Fabletics and I've honestly only been disappointed. Now I see the 2 for $24 ads on all of my social media apps, but they're literally only for new VIP members, which I'm not any longer. So I'm sitting on a $24 credit that I can't use because I no longer qualify for the deal, even when the deal comes up for current VIP members the selection available is terrible, and I can't justify spending $50 more on top of the credit on a single pair of leggings. Long story short, being a VIP member now is more of a hassle and a disappointment and I kind of wish I didn't bother signing up at all.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
