Not at all the quality I would expect. They do however make the price seem really high so you think you're getting a really good deal because you never pay the listing price so therefore you always think you are getting such a good deal. In reality you are still buying overpriced junk.
Through the number of orders I've made, fabletics has always delivered on time with great service. App always works well. Returns have been easy. In store service is great too. I haven't had a negative experience yet.

I look on the site frequently and the cutest clothes are always sold out in my size. Also the sizing seems to vary greatly. I've had to return several items because they aren't true to size.

I bought 4 pairs of M boxer briefs and 3 pairs of pants.
Boxers are a little on the small side, but not bad.
I love the material used in the pants, but unfortunately the legs have horrible shaping to them. Very baggy and unflattering

Was sent a very small pair of pants that didn't fit anyone in the house. Asked for refund. They refused unless I sent the misery item back. They promised to send a pre paid container. They never did. You can't send an email from Canada and their customer service person was no help refused to unsubscribe me. I have been asking to get off this roller coaster for over a year and they just keep taking money from my account. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY FAB COMPANY!

The website is way too slow to the point that it makes you not want to wait for it to load and I've tried it on phones, laptops, desktops. It's just not a very user friendly website. I didn't have a problem navigating the website, it's that the website is terrible. It's slow and also doesn't filter out the things that are not in stock even when you put in your size. The quality isn't the best and the prices keep going up. Last month for my membership before I cancel it.

Ordered 2 pairs of leggings for $24 2 days after Christmas. Thought I was getting a great deal. No updates for a couple weeks, so I checked the website. Fabletics website showed shipped, but when I followed the tracking info, it showed package not received by shipper. Contacted Fabletics and they said they couldn't do anything unless it had been 15 business days after the date of purchase. Waited a month (in actual days) for something to change, until it had finally been 15 business days and the exact same information showed on my account as the day I ordered them. Requested a full refund and Fabletics refunded this purchase.

I love the powerhold leggings and typically buy them all year for leisure and going to the gym. I'm a size small and it's almost impossible to get anything other than black in that size both in store and online. There are a million colors on the website and as soon as you click small or medium the options shrink to just a couple options. I have a billion sets of your black leggings and I want more color so it makes it challenging to stick with just your brand because I'm not able to purchase what I want.

I hate that monthly the default is to agree to the charge and if you want to skip the month you have to dig around to find where the skip option is. As soon as my back log of credits are used i will be cancelling my membership

Their prices keep rising and the quality/design/style are not worth what they are offering. I wish they would return to more traditional style of workout wear

I ordered 2 shorts for $24 and received 1 pair and was then charged $60 for a membership I did not select nor want. It took multiple calls to get this rectified. The one pair of shorts I did get were average at best and not particularly well made. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.

It's been over a month sitting Fabletics took my money and has sent me nothing. This is an awful company that has no problem ripping you off. Keep your money and bank information as far away from Fabletics as you possibly can.

I really like the Only Pants that I started with - they can be worn anywhere - golf, work, church, you name it! I'd like to get more in the future but I don't know if I can navigate their program for a year.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
