I think most of the clothes are very expensive, and I didn't like the fact that I had to subscribe to have discounts. And if I don't remember to skip the months I do have to buy something. It is a kind of abuse I have to accept to have the discounts. That 's the reason I get out.
It took 3 weeks to get a return label for a product that was not as described.

I enjoy the clothes a lot! However I find that when I fail to skip the month and I am required to spend money that I wasn't planning on spending, especially in this economy, it grinds my gears. I even mentioned it to the customer service lady at fabletics and I couldn't be refunded my $55 because it was a "member credit."
Fabletics customer service also indicated that their customers find the monthly email reminder to "skip the month" to be a sufficient reminder. Either I don't get the email they are talking about, or if I do, the reminder must be so small, I don't have time to scour every email I get. This "reminder email" is not helpful to me.
I am part of another company that has a similar set up and they not only have plenty of communication about the shipment coming up and you have the opportunity to accept it or push it to another month, they also have an amazing return policy so I can be refunded if I forgot to push my shipment to another month. I get my money back.
I realize that everything that has bothered me about fabletics is probably in some fine print that I agreed to. But I still don't like it. I will be canceling soon.

I had several credits as I did not need new gear just yet. They have expired my credits even though I paid money for them. In my option that is stealing. I will be cancelling my membership due to this.

I used Fabletics for about 5 or 6 years. The quality of the clothing I purchased was good, and I am still wearing many of their pieces. I don't have a desire to purchase regularly nor an income that allows it. I discontinued my membership because I needed to cut my monthly expenses and credit card debt.

I had two member credits from months that I forgot to skip on time. I'm a bigger post partum mom and I was hoping to lose a little before I ordered something. Turns out they just expire the credits after 12 months. They stole over 100$ from me and left me with literally nothing to show for it.
All cool, I'm sure Kate Hudson needs that money more than I do…

Products were good. But did not realize that by ordering I was signing up for a subscription. I do like like being enrolled in monthly subscriptions, especially at $59 plus dollars a month. So I basically threw away $59

I ordered TWO pairs of these leggings in my normal size but because the material is so thick and not like active wear they were extremely tight and hard to get on. Once on, they are stiff and uncomfortable to sit in, i can't imagine doing an actual work out in them. I then bought a pair of joggers and sized up to a Medium thinking their brand just run small and I swim in them because they're so big. There inconsistency of sizing makes me want to never ship this brand, especially because the majority is online and returning is inconvenient.

I have been singing Fabletics praises for a few years now and I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. My only complaint lately is that some of the leggings I bought recently seem to be made with not as high quality as the leggings I bought in the past. The fabric just didn't seem as sturdy or as thick as some I've bought in the past. I'm hoping I just read the description of the leggings wrong or That this was a fluke.

So far, I've enjoyed being a customer of Fabletics. My only concern is that my credits (money I've already paid) can expire. Also, if I decide to cancel it seems that I might lose my credits? That seems a little off. Let me do what I need to, you already have my money.
As far as the clothing, I really do love it. I've noticed the bras aren't as high impact as they could be for anyone larger than a C cup. My husband really likes the new golf pants. I am excited to see their plans for scrubs.

I love everything I got. My leggings are rolling down while working out but that's probably because I got a large and then lost a lot weight… no complains so far.

Both the pants and two shorts I purchased were entirely too big. The two pants I purchased, looked and fit completely different from your commercial. We hated them.

These work out pieces are no joke! They're a great price and quality. They got great and unlike other work out gear they are not see through so you can work our comfortably and without feeling like you're showing too much in the gym. I haven't been disappointed by an item yet at all!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
