It was just annoying to have to remember to skip every month and then get charged, now the membership prices have gone up and the quality of their leggings has gone down. Their leggings used to last me 2-3 years now I'm barely getting a few months out of them. Not worth the money.
I feel like I am being ripped off monthly. I joined when Fabletics started. It was a good deal with great clothing. Now everything is always half off and the quality has gone down. I pay 55 monthly to get a credit to buy something that is always 30 dollars or less. Once I use my credits, I am done for good.
Tired of overpaying to have the clothing fall apart after one wash. I am sure this review will land like every call I have ever made to customer service for help. In the basin of the deep ravine of "I don't give a damn".

I love the VIP/member program. You can skip each month if you don't need anything. I love the quality and feel of the fabrics. It is comparable to Athleta.

When I first joined Fabletics, I loved it. I would accrue credits to order outfits. Sometimes I might want to buy a little bralette or something small and it would still cost a credit. Meaning, I am paying $60 for a bralette. In addition, I am 55 years old and feel everything is geared toward a younger customer.

Ads portray the products like Lulu but a third of the price. The third of the price is true, but I don't think their products are as good if quality as Lulu.

It was hard for me to give this review because I live Fabletics. I think the quality of the clothing is great, but am annoyed that now they consider a bra and a pair of leggings an outfit. Not everyone wants to wear a bra as a shirt and so that has been a huge disappointment. I also don't remember being told that the monthly charge would be going up. I know that the cost of everything has gone up which is hard on many people, but essentially customers are getting less. You can hardly ever get an actual outfit now, but your charging me more. And I don't see how if something is on sale at $15.95 I can use a member credit, but I was charged $59.95. That is not right. A member credit should be at least equal to what I'm being charged monthly and so if items cost less, then there should be a way to put the remaining balance towards something else. There also never seem to be my sizes in anything. I have always loved Fabletics quality materials and that you partner with celebrities. I am also impressed with how wuickly I receive my items.

Unhappy with my latest purchase. The leggings faded after one wash. The sports bra is uncomfortable with a weird fit and large gaps.

I hate that I see cute outfits online but when I go to the site it appears the inventory for existing members is different and limited. That is not fair and not good business. I've been trying for months to cancel but I have a hard time finding anything I like to be able to use my points.

I started purchasing from Fabletics in 2017. I loved Fabletics quality and clothing options (I still have some items from 2017 that I'm still love with in 2023).
Unfortunately, the quality of service, product variety, and shipping has progressively gotten worse. Most recently I've had an order delivered to the wrong address, I've received a worn and blood-stained swimsuit (gross), and had an order placed incorrectly (twice) by a customer service agent. I'm holding out hope a little longer to see if they stock any new/unique spring and summer items. If nothing changes I'll cancel my membership soon.

Very disappointed. Returned two items due to both being too large. Weeks later, I received one of the two exchanges, but it was the exact same size! And no explanation why I didn't get both exchanged. I sent the one item back Weeks ago, and have yet to receive the correct size. Right now I'm out about 80 bucks with zero to show for it.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
