I had order pants that were to short. I returned them right away and received a text that the company had received the pants back. It has been almost 2.5 months and I am still waiting for my exchange. I marked down the correct length and that I just wanted an exchange and not a refund. No refund was issued but I do want the pants. Very sad customer service

The item I ordered is adorable and durable. I love it. However...in purchasing my one random item, I somehow was signed up for the VIP membership of which I was charged a week later $50 or $60 for. I was so confused because I didn't sign up. So I called to cancel cuz I didn't wat to get charged again. But when I called to cancel they said that I needed to use the credit that I had with that $60membership or it would disappear. Like what? How ridiculous is that, since I still paid for it.
So I say whatever, I will just use the credit, the thing I really wanted was not in stock. So I found something that I didn't really want or need to use my credit on, and then I still had to pay some fees that were almost $7! So I paid $67 for a pair of workout pants that I did not want, which is only like ten bucks cheaper than not having the membership in the first place, so not really a great deal.
And then when I went to cancel, the customer service rep tried desperately several times after I told him no, to try and bribe me to stay with the membership. I'm sorry but no means no. I took time out of my day to remedy this mistake that YOU made, and you aren't just saying alright let me do that for you, but trying to get me to stay, and disrespecting my request. Now I don't know if that is protocol, but either way, I found it extremely frustrating and annoying.
Because of this, I will probably never purchase from this company again, even though I really like my product. It's one of my favorite sports bra's that I own.

I ordered some things with the special price and that was great, BUT then the package never showed up and i was sent an email my order was returned(it wasnt i NEVER received it). Then when i tried to get it back the prices went from the advertised value to overprices as sh*t. Now i have store credit that i cant use becuse everything is so expensive.

The quality is amazing that's no question but everytime I'm ready to purchase something it doesn't exist. At one point it was maternity, the last time I looked it was no mid rise. I have short legs long torso so high wasted goes up to my rib cage basically

The item I ordered came in damaged. The same item is not available for them to replace it. I have to send the damaged item back, and then once they receive it I have to call again and pick a replacement. If nothing else, let me tell you what I want to replace the damaged item...don't make me keep following up because you sent me a damaged item.

The monthly membership is inconvenient and not even worth the purchase most of the time the cost of the credit is more than the what the purchase would be if you just didn't use the credit. The quality of the clothes are good but I hate the monthly fee and having to remember to skip it I've actually decided not to shop with them just because of that. The clothes are fine but not significant enough to me to manage the monthly fee

The overall quality and the material wasn't the same. I have several pair that I bought a few years ago. Did ask you where the new ones didn't fit well quality of material is poor.

Very disappointed with this company. How they can legally charge you $50 for a "credit" and allow that to expire after a year is baffling to me. They claim emails were sent warning me, but I have searched back through and find nothing! Trying to chat with them with any problem is near impossible and honestly, the quality is fine, but not for what they charge for a non-VIP member price. Will be cancelling my membership.

I've been using Fabletics for a few years and used to really enjoy the leggings. I've never liked any other item, including bras, shirts, shoes, and bags, finding them to be of low quality fabric or build. Over the last year, the quality of the leggings has also gone down. The sizing is always way off and the fabrics keep getting thinner. Lately i find they fit more like the leggings at a cheap department store instead of a high-end athletic company. I don't mind going in-store, even if my local store is an hour away because the people there are friendly. So, I want it clear that no dissatisfaction comes from store reps.
But there are things that I find dissatisfied with Fabletics as a clothing provider in general. There are really not a lot of clothes that flatter people who are larger, and even less when it comes to short, larger people. Which, why not? They're supposed to be workout clothes, larger people work out too, and want to feel good while doing it. When I do find something that I really like and enjoy, I often want to go back to the site and get multiple. But that item is already out of stock and never coming back.
The fact there are never any consistent items that fit the same as items I've bought and loved is annoying and frustrating. I'm not going to buy multiple of an item if I'm not sure if I like it, so when I do like it and it's already cast off the site, it's just a really frustrating experience.
I'm pretty much just trying to use up the last of my credits so I can cancel my account.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
