I really like the jogger pants and they fit great but the size in the two shirts was completely off. I ordered 2XL which always fits me a little loose with every other brand but these shirts were skin tight, something I would never wear in public and not comfortable to try to wear indoors.

Beautiful and well made clothing, the site is extremely easy to use and returns are easy and the prices are perfectly OnPoint. I absolutely love everything that I bought from here. The exercise clothes are the highest quality and not see-through.I absolutely love the freebies and discounts ( that's a pretty nice lil touch), the site is secure and safe, I never have to worry about my info being stolen.

Having a high rise waistband that doesn't roll and makes me feel put together, it's important! These fit the bill! A bit of a wait to get in the mail, but once I put on, so worth the wait!

Purchase was slow in arriving. The leggings are small for size. Forget the bras here. Bought XL which generally works with most brands. These are way smaller and not cut well for actually putting them on and taking off. I kept the leggings.
Had the worst time trying to return them online to get a code for FedEx return since I do not live anywhere close to a store. I'm not even sure the code will work now because it's been awhile since I got the code to use because work has kept me out of town for so long.

Lately they have been too long even when ordering "short" styles. The shipping time is atrocious in this day and age. Wish I could receive my orders more timely.

I bought clothing on line came home from work overseas being gone for 12 weeks. I came home 20lbs lighter. And the clothes didn't fit anymore. I went into the local store and switched them out no problem even without the tags. Yes I took the tags off and threw them away before trying the on. They switched them out no problem for the right size.

I had almost a year's worth of credits saved up as I went on my weight loss journey, and lost a ton of money when the new year rolled over.
What a terrible way to make money. Customer service kindly told me it was advertised on the website. I've been a customer for many years. When I joined, there was nothing like that. They have lost me FOREVER.

I had been a customer of Fabletics for a few years and was a VIP member. For the record, I have never had a problem with the product. I have always loved the fit and feel of the pants that I have ordered. My problem was with their policies.
When I first joined, I allowed Fabletics to charge me the monthly fee one month because I did plan to buy some attire. Christmas came and I decided to take advantage of the sales using my member points. I was told at that time that I could not use my member points for sale items. How crazy is that? I paid for them and I should have been able to use them however I wanted. This policy has since changed and you can now use the points on sale items.
The straw was recently when I saw that you could skip 3 months at a time and not just one. I chose to skip 3 months. To my surprise, the very next month I was charged almost $60! WHAT!? I was too angry to handle this the right way (contacting them for a refund before canceling). I used that $60 to buy something and I canceled my membership then and there.
I won't be back.

Clothes are great. When in stock. Frustrating that one day it's there and then one day it's not. The prices fluctuate often too. The customer service could improve as well as we've had a return to the store that they lost and I never did get credit for. It's very hard to access the app. I know that I have points in credits to use but can't figure out how to use them.

The only pant zipper on 2 the only pant series did not represent good quality. The zipper split and now i'm trying to put it back together, frustrating. No inspection tags to share.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
