I'm always loving Fabletics
Their clothes are comfortable, good quality and great prices!
And being a VIP member is even more rewarding!
Mostly shipping experiences are good but had 1 or 2 issues with returns being sent to an old address (not sure why it wouldn't be sent to the original address).
Other than that, I really only purchase when I forget to skip and get the credit. I maximize the credit by get 2 piece outfits. Works in my favor.
Wish they had specials for VIP more often.

My main gripes with Fabletics Subscription:
* This subscription started as outfits, now a credit can equal an outfit or a single item.
* I loved the original Salar Capri leggings. I am short. Now there is only a single capri on the site, and to use a member credit, it's only one item. These capris aren't as high quality/good fabric as some of the other leggings.
* The tops and sportsbra fits don't work great for me. Some have too much cleavage. Others are cut in a weird place that highlights armpit fat. None of them are as high quality as the leggings (at least that I have purchased).

The advertisement promises a huge discount on these rather expensive pants.
But then when you order a pair of them, you are also signing up to join their monthly, deduction club. There are hidden costs don't do it. Perhaps if they had put that portion in big bold, print like they did the price of the pants it wouldn't feel like I was scammed. Fortunately, for me, I was smart enough to get the pants at a discount and then call and demand that they cancel my account, that's the way you do it

This survey is very timely as I am very frustrated that the threading on one of the pants I ordered is coming undone, and badly. 3 threads are loose and I've tied them in a knot so it doesn't get worse, but it's bad. I'm extremely disappointed because I know this was not supposed to happen (my other pair is completely fine).
I would like a replacement pair of the pants I bought as I am embarrassed to wear the damaged pants in public.

Fabletics doesn't have enough stock of the styles I like I want to purchase but medium and small in those styles seem to always be out of stock. Boo!

I've purchased twice this year and both times I've had a pair of leggings get a hole in them the very first time I wore them. I've been the same size for years and am in even better shape than I was last year. The quality and type of the fabric used is poor compared to what it was when Fabletics started. I have two pairs of leggings from them that are almost 7 years old and they don't have a single popped stitch. But twice in a row, two brand new pairs of leggings have torn a hole. I tried to return one pair but it was such a hassle because you have to mail back the torn pair within a certain amount of time or they won't send you a replacement pair because they'll only hold it for 7 days. I would've had to purchase the mailer to send them back and then find a way to print out the label (no one has printers at home anymore) that would've cost me money and time that I just didn't want to waste. I contacted them within my first week of having the pants and you can't just send me a replacement without me sending back the torn ones? They're torn I'm not going to keep using them and hopefully they aren't repairing them and then reselling them. Disappointed in the quality and the way the company is run as a whole. The clothes aren't worth the crazy high prices they say they are. $80 for leggings that feel like they're from target? I don't think so!

The Luxe leggings slide down and roll up too much around my stomach but other than that they are nice

I liked the leggings, but I work out in loose tank tops. Fanletics does not have tanks. I don't wear just. Job bra or tight tank.

Amazing product! Everything feels and fits so good, best part is that I have thunder thighs and I don't worry about chafing at all. It's great product for bigger women and it's so comfy!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
