I purchased a sweatsuit I was in love with for Christmas 2021, it was lost in transit and the sizes were running out, I called customer care desperately trying to get them to replace the items before they were out of stock and they just wouldn't help me. They said I had to wait several weeks to file a claim. I was obviously upset about this. I thought it was over and gave up on ever getting my items.
Nope.
I saw on my bank statement that they were taking a monthly fee out. Looked back into the website and discovered that I was locked into some scheme.
I used my "credits" to purchase several items.
They were the cheapest, most ill-fitting garments I've ever seen. One swim suit was ok, but the other 6 items I threw out, I didn't even feel right giving polyester pj pants to goodwill.
I've never had any luck with their customer care to get any items exchanged or refunded.

The fantastic range of colors, textures and style are based in the fine workmanship that allows wear for years.

Extremely deceiving business practices. I purchased two paints, they were good quality, was very happy with them. Suddenly after a month or so, I saw one more charge of 59.95 on my paypal account, I thought it might me a mistake by the system and will get refund soon, after few days, one more charge of 59.95 on my paypal account. I instantly went and disabled the authorization. They keep charging 59.95 and giving me credits. I HAD NO IDEA, I AM SIGNING UP FOR A CREDIT SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. Now I have 2 credits, which I do not want to purchase anything from this website. Beware of what you are signing up.

There's a sale every day but it the same stuff over and over. I can't tell the difference from one legging to the next and instead of showing one style and listing all available colors, they make it look like there's all these different styles and make you scroll through all of the same things. The best sales are given to new people just signing up, and after that the prices and sale prices are never as good. I've found the site to be slow, and the customer service reps have not been customer friendly at all. I'm thinking of discontinuing but need to spend my member credit first. I'm finding it difficult to sing a thing I want in the color and size I'd like to have it in. I'm very disappointed all around.

In a world of next day, even same day, shipping, the fact that it takes Fabletics the better part of two weeks to get an order to you is pretty odd. The products are nice, though.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
