I heard great things about Fabletics maternity leggings, so I ordered 2 pairs. They were too small and I tried to exchange them for a larger size. They didn't carry them in store (fairly typical), but even the online store was sold out for months, and I eventually gave up and just got a refund. The refund process was pretty simple though.

I order 3 pairs of pants and they seem to be good quality and feel nice, but the only problem is they never have the size I need. I ended up sending them all back and when I look for the correct size they are always out, so I canceled my subscription.

I had an error completing the order, I tried calling and after nearly an hour wait I was told by the rep to visit the store to complete the purchase.
Needless to say, I didn't have a pleasant experience and will be most likely canceling next month.
Pants advertised as best fit for seniors, not true, have to physically return product to store at MOA, club purchase plan very aggressive and next to impossible to get out of within loosing money and time. Worst ever experience. Not recommended.

Have had nothing but good experiences with Fabletics, from service to quality of products. The only negative I can think of is that sometimes certain products run a little to the large side (ie sweatshirts), so I have to remember to order a size smaller. Once I figured out the system, however, the sizing is very consistent.

The bottoms fit great, but the tops do not fit me well. I tried a smaller and larger size, but neither works well for me shape. Great quality products overall!

It seems as if the stylists have changed. The patterns on some of the designs are either plain color or animal print. Something different would be a nice change. And the light colors are not good for me for they type of workouts I do.

So, the monthly membership is essentially nonsense. They give the actual retail price of each item, most of which are valued at less than the cost of the membership, then you still have to pay S&H and taxes and fees. So basically, you end up paying waaaay more if you have the membership. For example, If an item is valued, by their own admission, at $40, you will pay $60 for the monthly membership itself + a total of $10 for S&H & T&F. So a $40 pair of leggings will end up costing $70. And no, you do not get that money back in the form of a credit or adjustment or anything like that. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? I tried this for about a year, thinking that maybe something will magically make this all make sense but then I finally realized, oh wait, the "special offers/perks" are so unbelievably NOT WORTH IT, the membership is a marketing tool they hope people will sign up for and forget about and that the only thing that really makes sense is to just not do it anymore. The lack of availability is another bone I could pick clean but it seems like that is part of the supposed allure. Not for me, but I get it. The only pro is that, for the most part, they are made well. I would say they are on par w/ Lulu. However, I think they need to decide who their target audience really is. Are you a discount brand catering to the every woman? In which case you need to do away with the exclusivity and lower the price point. Or are you an exclusive brand that will make up for the extravagant price with the social credit that is sure to follow. In which case you need to stop advertising so much ($24 for 2 pair?!?!) and build in real I've-GOT-to-have-it-right-now type perks, only for those in the know. Right now, it seems like they are attempting to cater to both. Which is not working. Which is why I am out.

I do not appreciate getting charged monthly for nothing and no i do not want a member credit and be forced to purchase something. I actually really like the leggings but don't force people to stay especially when you don't need to! Let your A+ product be the guiding force!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
