Let me start by saying I love Fabletics clothing. Their shorts are the only shorts I own that stay in place on my thighs. However, I'm over the "skip the month" policy. I understand it's a perk for VIPs, but it's off-putting. When attempting to skip your month, there are multiple confirmations, and it even requires that you scroll down to reconfirm. The wording is also sketchy, referring to the $50 taken from our account as a "reward". Like I said, I love the clothes but I suggest the company speak with a marketing psychologist. Your approach compromises the integrity of the company.
For the record I always skip my months except when I intend to buy something. This isn't a review based on a debit card overdraft. Love the clothes. Dislike the concept.

Loved that I could get some good quality inexpensive leggings, but they just didn't fit me properly and just kept rolling down my torso. Oh well, it was a good try. I'm sure they work great for others

Decided to purchase a few things during a big sale (that took weeks to arrive)— only a month later to be billed $70 for the membership.
Never had a brand do that before and definitely won't be a returning customer.
Luckily I was able to get a refund but still felt like I couldn't trust the site to purchase again.

My order arrived after a very long waiting period, and missing 3 of my items. Upon contacting customer service, they told me I would have to wait 48 hours after my order was received to start the process of getting my items because they would have to check their counts to make sure I'm being truthful that I didn't actually receive my items. It took two more calls and lots of time and frustration to finally get some resolution. I was told that one of my items was now out of stock and they would give me a credit on my account. I told them I'm done ordering from here, I don't want a credit, I want a refund on my card. Lots more time spent fighting for a refund on my card instead of a credit. This order was such a major headache and waste of time, especially when I realized the quality of the leggings (which did not pass the squat test) was not as good as those you can get on Amazon for less. I cancelled my VIP membership as soon as everything was resolved, and ended up sending back my entire order except for the joggers for my husband, and I'll never order from Fabletics again.

Been a nurse for seven years and this is my worst scrubs. They look cute and comfortable but after just one wear the area around where my thigh rub together became rough and this happened with all three of the scrubs.

Every size I ordered did not fit well. I am a size 12/14. I tried XL and XXL and everything fit so poorly for a normal size woman with hips and a waist. I even tried the scrubs and they fit horrible! My scrubs from Walmart are so much better. This company needs to do better. The bras I ordered in XL fit like a small. My 13 year old daughter can wear them and she is a size 2. I have reached out to many people at the company and never heard form anyone. It just shows that they just really want to make money off people instead of make clothes that actually work for normal people.

I ordered my fabletics and they never arrived I called to cancel the subscriptions because they charge me and I told them that the fabletics never arrived and They told me that they will send them again and this never happens

I ordered 5 leggings, I never received them, paid $100+ for them. I contacted costumer service multiple times and the answer that I received was "it shows as delivered"
Delivered where? I'm sure it wasn't to my house, be careful if you buy here, you never gonna get any replacement or refund if you're package is lost

My experience in store is always amazing. The store manager Stacy is amazing and some times Jesse is the one to help, she is equally wonderful.
I always know what deals are going on. They are all willing to help me with decision making and letting me know if I picked something up if it has an outfit so I can use a credit. Always an overall GREAT experience.

So I ordered a couple of items on March 22nd and I was excited the price was good with the vip membership so now I was waiting for shipping down hill from here it took about 3 to 4 weeks to get here then what I ordered was too big it was the yitty sweat shirt and thighs size medium so they don't make it easy for you to exchange online so I took it to a store they didn't have the item in store so I wanted to exchange for something else they told me you have to get the same item that you purchased well ok so they had to order it and ship it too me fine so another week waiting then when it gets here its 2 sweet shirts and no thighs now they want me to ship one of the shirts back for them to send me the pants that I won't receive until may I'm done

We are sick & tired of these commercials with women's rear ends, IN our faces on our televisions, RUBBING all over their OWN rear ends, in a sexual way, when we have families, CHILDREN watching, & maybe trying to eat & enjoy a nice dinner! Disgusting you have to do that to sell your "goods."...

I was a Fabletics member for NINE YEARS. Almost all of my leggings over that time period have come from them and I've been happy with their items. Every other company- even Lulu and Athleta seem to pill between the legs. I've never had that issue with Fabletics. However, my last purchase of the PureLuxe leggings (which the old version were my ABSOLUTE favorite) were not the same quality, stretch or fit. I'm bummed they changed the quality and material of these. Also- one of the pairs I tried on ripped completely at the seam (along the entire butt) and now need exchanged. When I called customer service, they're requesting I print the label and drop off (live in a rural area and don't have a printer) instead of sending a photo of the damaged merchandise and sending me a new pair. It's just a huge pain. Between these issues I decided to cancel my membership which was then met with multiple attempts to "salvage" the account. Sad this brand isn't what they used to be. :/

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
