The initial advertising to hook you is very misleading and they charge you a fortune once signed up. Two pairs of shorts for $20 is the hook, then when you send one back after it doesn't fit, and want to replace it with the same as the other pair, they give you your $10 credit and then they want to charge you $69 for the replacement pair. The clothes are nice, but the marketing is set up to bait you in and then gouge you. Not my style Fabletics!

I have love this products since i became a member. I love the scrubs line even more. Im hoping maybe next time leggings for plus size will have something to hold it in better and not rolled down

I absolutely love these shorts. So comfortable. Easy to clean. Great construction. Got them at terrific price but the monthly membership is too much money for me and I do not buy clothes on a regular basis.

The first time I ordered, everything went smoothly, I received a great deal on my scrub set, and they shipped/arrived in a very timely manner. The scrubs themselves did run small, but I was able to start an exchange for the same set in a different size without any difficulties. They are now my favorites and I just ordered a second pair in a different color for my other job. Will probably end up buying a third at some point.

I placed an order after joining, it said it shipped, then later I was alerted that the entire order was cancelled. I never received the items. I also joined because I read good things about the maternity items, and now there's very little stock and nothing in my size.

Ordered scrubs. They are very small so size up. I wear a medium usually. But, ordered an XL so I could wear other shirts and layer. I have a big chest, XL barely fit over my shoulders. The material is cheap. And too light. It gets cold in Dr offices and emergency centers. And they screwed up the embroidery. I donated all of the pairs I bought.

Love the products but the auto ship is awful, I cancelled a month still got charged and to try to close account you basically have to beg. Was a member, closed due to above reason, decided to come back and it's already happened again just 3 months in. I'll be closing account again.

Over half the items I bought over the 3 years I paid for Fabletics are either donated or falling apart and soon to be in the trash.
It got to the point for me where the styles were shifting away from what I was interested in, but I was still getting charged due to the T&Cs of the subscription. You have a short window to pause billing during the time of month thats most stressful, so I'd often forget and end up buying something just to feel like it wasn't a waste of money.
At the end of the day there are just better quality athleisure brands out there for the same cost without the pressure and hassle of a subscription.

Scrub jogger pants came with holes in the pocket. Which defeats the purpose since as a nurse pockets come in handy when carrying supplies to patient rooms

I tried shipping these items to a military base, the address popped up and my order went through, a month later I have to call because they got sent back. To be told they didn't ship there. One of the items was out of stock by the time this was all figured out. So I got a refund for the item, which isn't even enough to pay for anything on the site.

The new VIP membership deals are great but then it got too expensive for existing members. We get tons of emails about the deals but none apply to existing members. Over priced for that it is.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
