Overall the products are great but I don't love the membership model. It's expensive, not realistic and encourages overspending, overconsumption and not good for ethical clothing and shopping. If you just want a few items you have to buy into the membership model first. As a consumer you get to decide what's worth it. Sometimes I have found it is, now I am spending my resources elsewhere.

Fabletics has become my favorite gym/lounge clothes brand. I love the quality, designs and colors/patterns of the clothes. I love how confident I feel whenever I'm on my workout fits so much that it even motivates me to actually workout! Lol

The last two times I ordered I never received my order! Called fabletics and they reordered and I still never received! So I canceled my membership which saddens me because I love the product! I'm a spin instructor and RDA so I wear the scrubs also.

I never received my shipment, got ahold of customer service and was told that it was taken care of and getting sent my way. Still have never received it. Won't be purchasing from this company anymore.

I have enjoyed the products, especially the VIP bundle options. That said, the website is really odd (a separate listing for each fabric style of each cut - why?). And, shipping is amazingly slow.

Several times in the last few weeks, I have been unable to either check out items for purchase or the item won't load in order to purchase. This was not a onetime problem, but one that continued over several days with several transaction attempts. It's tough to support a company when the website won't let me purchase items due to a continued error message. It's also frustrating that it's difficult to find customer support that isn't through Facebook.

Check the size chart and then size up two sizes if you are a curvy chick. The quality is great. I would love to see more styles such as cropped leggings. Customer services is very responsive and returns are easy.

Pants are nice material and length (tall) is perfect. Pants are too tight in thigh's and hip. As I washed them they got tighter.

2 months ago I ordered two pair of shorts, using my Fab credits and then I cancelled my membership. I had the credits for months but have not received my order. I assume it was cancelled, because two days after order I cancelled my monthly membership? I paid in my credit and got nothing for the $60.00 I paid in.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
