Fit of the clothes were subpar, the chat box / customer service is non exsistent. They sent me the wrong pair of and size of shorts. I did the deal where everything was half off, and again, was not happy with the product. They charged me again because this is a subscription service, I cancelled the subscription because I didn't like the product. Instead of sending me my money back, I had to use a token, so I used the damn thing, then they restarted my subscription. Sent the shorts back because they sent the wrong size. Now I think I have 2 token just sitting there and don't want to use them because it will restart the service. Absolute garbage service.
They sign you up for a recurring subscription and make it hard to cancel. I was on hold for 20 minutes trying to cancel my subscription (that I did not sign up for intentionally). After getting through to a representative the call dropped as soon as I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription. When I called back I waited another 20 minutes and the call immediately dropped again.
I was charged $60 bucks a month for a recurring subscription to purchase athletic shorts. No one needs that many shirts. The Company is a scam. They're trying to prove out some DtC subscription revenue model ahead of a potential IPO, but doing it this way is dishonest. I hope someone brings forward a class-action. Also, they must be paying google to hide reviews because I've heard of so many people with the same experience but when I checked google I couldn't find. Hope people see it here.
PS - The clothes look and feel cheap.
I thought I was getting a one time good deal. Little did I know I was enrolled in an expensive VIP membership. The quality of their apparel is equal to Old Navy in my opinion. Don't get roped into their money making scam of mid level quality athletic apparel.
The membership is very sketchy and scammy. I became a vip member 3 months ago and placed my first order with them. Everything was great until I was about to shop some more. I thought that the subscription is £59 and you get £80 shop credit, but instead I got 1 vip member credit for the £59. Here is the sketchy part. That 1 vip member credit could be used for any item, yeah, and that item could cost any price from like £1 to the most expensive product on the site. How is that possible? You pay £59 to get 1 vip credit to use on ONE ITEM ONLY and THAT item could cost £24 (for example)? If you do not want to use your credit for something that is less than £59(the amount you paid for it), you can choose to actually pay for the product which means you are spending even more money at this point. Here is another sketchy part. Before I sign up and until I put my first order, I could shop 2leggings for £24 and now 1 pair of leggings costs £59. When I sign out, I can see that exact same deal, but when I log in as a vip member this deal is gone. I only give 2 stars because the products are nice but I will be cancelling my membership and I would recommend everyone TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM as the whole thing seems too shady
You'll never get your items in time, no mater if paid for fast shipping or not. And when contacting customer support if you bring up you had paid for premium shipping and it mentions 2 days shipping in the website, they just don't answer anything and you are eventually kicked from the chat site.
They have a very predatory business model. When you order something from the website for the first time, they don't ask you anywhere but you are automatically signed up for the VIP membership. If you do not skip the month between the 1st and 5th of the month, your credit card or payment method will be charged $59.95 USD for your membership benefits on the 6th until you cancel. Member Credits expire 12 months from the charge.
The club that fabletics makes you join is a HUGE RIPOFF! You will end up paying $80 for leggings. That are always on sale for 2 for $24. It is not worth it. Plus the clothes are are randomly sized. Some things I wear a small-- and sometimes I wear an XL. No consistency.
We ordered $24 of shorts. Apparently they signed us up for a monthly membership fee of $59.95 with no notification whatsoever. It wasn't until after two months we noticed the charge. I suppose they can quality for one star because the shorts are good, and they are supposedly refunding us the money quickly.
I made several returns through happy return in which I received confirmation that items have been received but I never got the refund. After reaching to customer service, I was told that I marked the return as a no refund. First, that was not an option on the return portal and second, -are they really claiming that there is a customer out there that would go out of their way to return items and just say the hell with it I don't want the money back, keep it?! And before you think oh, maybe they gave me some store credit - they did not! Just happy to try and keep the money and hope that someone doesn't check their credit cards or won't notice!? This isn't the first time this happened hence why I'm writing this review.
Beyond ridiculous! Disappointing because besides the customer service and the refund issues, the leggings are great!
I had an amazing experience at Fabletics.I went into Fabletics on the 06 June 23.I was greeted with a sincere greeting; which is extremely important to me. I felt appreciated. I felt like I had a personal assistant. Very attentive, but not smothering. I made a purchase and sadly I changed my mind about my purchase. I went back to the store on the 07 June and was greeted by a woman named Erin. ( hopefully I'm spelling her name correctly)She displayed so much warmth, excellent customer service, friendly and sincere smiles. I will shop at Fabletics store because of Erin. I will say take advantage of the rewards program because the price point is a bit pricey. Great experience
I am extremely disappointed! I have dreamed of wearing Fabletics for years! I saw people that I admire wearing them and had very high expectations! The sizing runs very small and not true to fit! I did not want to pay for a return or exchange, so I hung them in the closet for a couple of months until I lost enough weight to fit into them. The bottoms are still a bit tight but the twist styled bras still do not fit me properly! Thankfully, the other tops that do not twist fit okay. In addition to this, the selection/inventory was very poor, and I had a very difficult time finding tops to match the bottoms and vice versa! So I could not obtain as many matching sets as I wanted. I mostly ended up with mix and match pieces, which was disappointing! I tend to wonder if they do this on purpose so that you remain a member and purchase credits to obtain the pieces that were not available previously during the 80% off sale! The only positve thing that I can say is that Fabletics is made with quality! If I was skinny and wealthy I would love them, but I am neither! Between the ill fit and the extremely high cost of the matching pieces after the sale, I decided that Fabletics is not for me! So much for my dream of wearing Fabletics!
I was driven to the site because of a sale that was advertised, than I was put on a monthly membership without my knowledge (yes probably on the super tiny small print) plus my item took over two weeks to be delivered
I ordered a workout outfit 2 weeks ago and it just now shipped. SOOOO frustrating! On top of it just shipping it won't be here for an entire more week! 3 weeks for Fabletics is crazy! If I wanted shipping that takes that long I would've ordered off SHEIN for half the price! Very upset with how the shipping has been handled.

My first pair of Fabletics that I bought was many years ago and I found them by mistake on T j Maxx store. When I put them on I just fell in love with them and search online the brand and since then I been a Fabletics member. You will not regret it.

WORST is that you sign up for vip membership without being forewarned of the £55 per month charge... every month... £55...
This £55 gets you a discount on future orders
Love buying online and honestly think this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
My advice is to steer clear... why on earth would anyone want to use a company that deters returns and charges £55 per month for the privilege of being a VIP?
Quality of items certainly no better than the local market stall...

I thought I successfully canceled my membership to escape the $50 dollars a month they charge you that I wasn't told about. Looked at my checking account today and I was still charged $50 this month. They say you can cancel online but you really can't as there is no option on their website. I am resorting to calling them but no one will answer the phone. Don't know how its legal to charge me 50 a month for something I don't want to be in anymore. I know I can skip the month but I don't feel like remembering to do that every month. I will call again and wait as long as possible to cancel this membership.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
