I placed my order back on July 27,2023 and to date have never received it. The tracking number shows it shipped on August 1st. I called customer service several times and was lied to and mislead. Everytime it would be just enough time has not elapsed. Where is this order coming from, the moon? We are two weeks in and still no order and of course no real answers. No one ever offered to replace the order and expedite it to me. I will take my money elsewhere.

Put an order in and received an email that they canceled my order without telling me why.

Very unprofessional

I have spent over $2,000 the last 2 years with them

Very upset and will no longer support the brand

They lost a loyal customer and on top of that because of me they gained 20+ customers who also spent a lot

Needed the clothes for an upcoming vacation and they screwed me over

Low inventory

So very little seems to be in stock all the time. I have gone on the site all different times of day and different days of the week to no avail.
Need more things for reserved over 55 year olds.

Was very pleased with the products and service. Was disappointed that I was billed $59.99 for VIP enrollment that would have continued monthly had I not caught it the first month. I will take responsibility for not reading the fine print and acknowledge that Fabletics was very cooperative in allowing me to cancel and no longer be billed.

I love the products but hate the business model. I hate being treated like a kid and only able to skip the next month subscription on the first 4-5 days of the month. That is dumb. I am an adult and busy. It feels like I gotcha model.

In addition, it feels dumb to pay $59 dollars for a credit and most things are cheaper than that when you purchase them individually. Why do you advertise something for $15 or 1 member credit?

Again, the products are awesome but the model itself is limited and lacks benefit for me. Will cancel after this month.

I got sucked in to the scam of buy a pair of scrubs for $30 when you sign up & you can cancel anytime. I get the scrubs and am billed an additional 60 shortly after. I assumed I didn't cancel on time, so I cancelled via the app and also sent a message stating I wanted to cancel my membership. A month later I saw I was charged again, but this time I called, and explained I had cancelled. The representative just told me I hadn't cancelled & I had to literally argue with the guy to get him to actually cancel my account, because he just straight up didn't want to cancel it. Seriously, this is a scam & I really think this needs to be thoroughly investigated.

Good quality for the most part. I had a bright pink shirt that stained my towels and other clothing because it kept losing its color despite being washed when it got sweaty and wet.

Clothing was much larger than a typical S male size for me and so was not a good fit. Quality was just fine. It is immensely difficult to modify or cancel your subscription - wait times of over 100 people and 1000 minutes, but you CAN NOT cancel on your own. Has to be done through the service so it's not worth it, really is not worth it at all even for a one time discounted purchase.

FABLETICS Got All My Money Without Asking

All I've done is just order 2 shorts from fabletics. They paid themselves using my card every month up to 60 bucks. I had to cancel all my credit cards because of them. And I just found out that it was all because of VIP membership I didn't even ask for it. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR VIP MEMBERSHIP!

I extremely upset and disappointed w/Lizzo. I purchased (2) bras-I never signed up for a Fabletics Membership... 1st. Payment $59.00 and next month $28.95... I don't even know what the membership was for. I paid for the bras and I never received any clothing... what a rip off-Thank you PayPal-I was totally refunded!
