It's too difficult out to cancel membership. It should be a click of a button - not wait on a chat forever. I like the product but the shipping takes quite awhile. Also I feel like the member credits are not consistent. It shouldn't cost 1 member credit for a tiny tank top when it can also buy a bundle. I'm happy with the products but not loving the process, pricing or customer service.

I purchased the Fundamental II shorts for running. I was excited to fit into a smaller size and they fit great. The Miami Tide color is awesome!

The products do have great quality but the inconsistent inventory availability, price increases and a mandatory made-up import tax really pushed me to cancel my membership.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My husband ordered some pants from them. The quality crap. We sent them back. The company was good about the return and did refund us the money. However, it's been 6 months since the purchase and today my husband found where they've been charging us $59.95 a month for a "membership fee" he didn't agree to. That's $640 that, in my opinion, they have stolen from us. After reading reviews I see we're not the only ones it's happening to.

I originally signed up for their VIP to take advantage of a sale that was going on. They made it sound like it would be an easy cancel if I wanted to go that route. After I received my first order, I attempted to cancel via the chat multiple times, but never got connected with a representative. So I called their customer service and waited over an hour. When I attempted to cancel I was instead given a credit and told it would be easier to just skip the charge each month if I didn't want it. So I agreed (stupidly). I can't afford the roughly $60/per month and can't seem to remember to log in between the first and the 5th of every month in order to skip. So I tried reaching back out to customer service, but waited for over an hour and couldn't get in touch with anyone. I don't have hours to wait on hold in order to cancel a membership. Therefore, I changed my credit card information and decided I'd call back when I actually have time to wait on hold. But when my credit card declined, someone went in and changed it back to my original information and charged it anyway. Now I am an hour and 30 minutes into waiting for a call back from costumer service (when it said there was a 10 minute wait) and still haven't heard from anyone. I have to leave for my part time job and probably won't be able to answer their call back now. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER support this company again. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company and would appreciate a call back so I can cancel this membership once and for all.

In order to take advantage of any of the advertised rates you're getting ads for, you need so sign up for a membership. They claim you can cancel any time; however, if you do, they will cancel all outstanding orders. In order to cancel you need to call them on the phone and a sales person will try to jump you through a bunch of hoops and make it difficult to cancel. Once you cancel they inform you that they're canceling any outstanding orders.

You just don't make enough clothes in my size. Like, it seems pretty obvious that you should sell BLACK workout shirts. But you haven't had any in stock for months. Do I want a hot pink workout shirt, or a lime green one? No. And neither does anyone else. That's why they are the only colors available. Solve your supply chain issues. Make some shirts in BLACK. Clearly the fact that they have been out of stock for three months shows that people want them? I feel like your company is all promise but cannot deliver.

So comfy. Love all the fabletics wear. I bought some maternity wear for a friend. It is her most comfortable piece of clothing wear at this time. Only wish they had a little more of a selection for the maternity wear.

I've been ordering from Fabletics for years. The pants remain terrific, however, I've been disappointed with the shirts the last few I've ordered, either they are too short or then hang too low below my armpits. I have shirts that are still in good condition from years ago, these are my go to shirts. I think the newer shirts are lacking. I will continue to purchase my pants and sports bras but will be getting my shirts elsewhere.

I got the largest size offered and still didn't fit. I was hoping for a sport bar comfortable enough to wear all the time. That's not what I got.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
