Scam for your money

I ordered two pair of leggings. And noticed it automatically signed me up for "VIP" which I didn't ask for. Then I did some digging realizing I would be charged 60$ every month for my ONE purchase. It also was a pain to figure out to cancel, Ofcourse you can't do it online like it states. I had to call customer support after saying I wanted to cancel 5 times, he continued to tell me i could keep my membership just by "skipping" a month three times. So now I cancelled my membership which cancelled my order. I have yet to receive a confirmation about either.

Fabletics attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Lukewarm Experience

Great lower half
October 1, 2023

Since I started wearing Fabletics in 2016, the lower half merchandise (yoga pants, shorts and such) have been amazing in general. They seem to fit perfectly and I've loved the side pocket modifications over the years. However, most of what I've ordered for the upper half (excluding the bras, those are great) seem to be really bulky and just don't flatter my figure. I wish there were more sweatshirt/shirt/tank options for slim bodies that weren't so "wide fit".

I'm also not a fan of the monthly automatic charges (who really is?). I think it's borderline unethical business practice, but I suppose that's what a lot of business is. I usually remember to "skip the month", but my mom is a member who keeps her account to only order Christmas gifts for her kids and she forgets to skip every month and ends up with a $720 credit at the end of the year that she doesn't fully take advantage of. On multiple occasions I've thought of cancelling my account because of this.

Great quality hard to get items

The quality of the products were amazing and I was always satisfied with the items I received. However, no matter how early I shop for my monthly items it was always hard to find items in my size so I had to settle for options that were not my first or second choice.

I wish i could give 0 stars

The service is horrible. The quality is horrible. Everything about fabletics is horrible. I made an account when i placed my order, and about 2 months ago i contacted customer service to cancel my account. They gaslighted me into thinking i didn't have an account, and a couple days after that i got charged $60. I then reached out again about a refund and cancelling my account and was told the same thing. And then i got charged another $60! After having to threaten the rep i finally cancelled my account and i am out $120. When i reached out about getting refunds for the accounts i was told i do not have, the representative ended the chat in the middle of the conversation which was not only rude but disrespectful. DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE A SCAM!

Slow shipping

Very slow shipping. In todays time it should not take two weeks to receive any product. I can order items from overseas faster than I can get a domestic shipment from this company. If you order now you might get your order by Christmas.

Scam!

Forces you to sign up for expensive vip membership to complete order. Extremely hard to cancel. If you cancel the membership they will cancel all of your orders.

Good products ish

Made an order with the company, the site (which is dog water) said I couldn't checkout because I didn't have a payment because I used a point, so I bought a hat and expedited shipping, and after the 2-3 days it said it'd be ANOTHER 2 days, so. And their point system sucks, some months you'll go to skip and it either won't let you, or it's already charged you early.

The vip promotion is where they get you and I presume is where they make the most. In my situation I'm pretty sure I saw the cheaper price and they didn't put any alerts or tell me about a 60$ a month charge. Other than that which they did refund and cancel the membership the clothes are really good. The customer service guy I just talked to was pretty prominent on selling me something else and wanted to keep me in the membership. As he's told and I'm a salesman as well and I know how the job is. Other than scam sales tactics the products are good and customer service is above average just be careful.

Was told can't expedite order, because it's custom. How hard could it be to stick and expedited shipping label on the box instead of a regular one? I'm even wiling to pay for it, but since the option in their drop-down menu does not exist, then it seems a simple tax is just impossible. When I pay $200 for a jersey, I expect a customer service to match.

Terrible customer service

I was a new customer but from the beginning I had problems with the order I placed. The lack of communication and the fact that more order was rejected for what ever reason they want to make up they still had no problem charging my account. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back. I will not be ordering again from them and to my fellow consumers beware if you do.

I had no problem with this company until today. I was charged for the VIP membership even though I thought I skipped for month. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service by online chat and on the phone, but no one is answering. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my refund. Then, I will be terminating my business with this company.

Edit: Was finally able to speak to someone on live chat, and they refunded me. Very relieved, but still suspicious on why it was so hard to contact them when it has been so easy before.

A frustrating experience over and over!

Fabletics charges an overinflated membership fee to get you to buy their products. The good news is that they offer you free product as part of that membership and give you the option to take a break if you do not need something.

When I have tried to take a break they have still charged me the overinflated fee and the product that you receive is in no way worthy of the fee that you pay. Any time I have tried to communicate with customer service to try to fix the mistaken charges, I get the run around till I finally give up on the process and eat the charges.

In other notes, shipping take FOREVER. It usually takes more than 2 weeks for me to receive what I order.

As it pertains to Shorts, I love them. The quality is fantastic. The underwear that I have purchased is far and away the worst quality underwear that I own. The shorts is what usually causes me to forget how terrible the customer experience is.

You get excited to purchase something. Than notice you can't get it in your size, nor size up, nor size down. Many times I'll have something in the cart than it will be gone by the time I'm done selecting to get free shipping. It would be nice to be able to add things towards free shipping within 24 hours. I'd be tempted to buy immediately, so i wouldn't lose the product in my cart. And I'd probably buy more. Instead of searching through slow loading website for more things to get free shipping. Than to not get free shipping bc two of my fav items are gone. Than have tob search again of what i want for free shipping. By this time im irritated that my favs are gone and I've already wasted so much time. It makes me not want to purchase. I'd Rather pay more somewhere else without the disappointment and grief. Im very close to closing my account. Its also, Difficult to remember what fabrics I liked and did not like. And not so ready to skip a month. Should be easy to do in my email. Not got to website, looking into account, etc.
